It is hard to sum up just how amazing it was to work with Michele as our realtor. She is kind, honest, informative and answered any and every question we had (which was a lot, & we still text her now) at any given moment. Frank's work was exceptional is helping me sell my sister's house before a deadline to settle her estate and NJ taxes. Frank represented me every step of the way, which was a particular challenge for him since I live over 1100 miles away. He chased down many details that I don't think many agents would have done. I know he sacrificed some of his family time to help me, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Frank to anyone buying or selling property in NJ. He is intelligent, an expert in his field, and easy to speak to. His follow-up skills are exemplary. His recollection and interpretation of the many documents needed during this process was flawless, a huge assistance to me since becoming an Executor came with a lot of details and challenges along the way. Frank was a key person in relieving this huge burden for me and the Estate. Frank is a guy I would like to keep in touch with, I can't say enough about how great he was during this process.

Joey Perrelli was recommended to us via our family friend Walter Smolenski. Such a great recommendation!
This was our first time buying a home and we are so glad Joey was our realtor! Due to our inexperience in the housing market, we obviously had a lot of questions and Joey provided us with such useful insite the entire time.
She gave us great recommendations on home inspection, septic inspection, and negotiations along the way. She always picked up the phone when we had a question or concern. It was so nice having someone we could depend on throughout the process.
Despite a couple of hiccups on the seller's side, Joey fought on our behalf to get us here. We truly wouldn't be in this house without her. I can't believe I'm writing this from my own home!
