I've used Enterprise in the past. They don't work on Sundays and no pick up service. I met with Juan from JMJ today (Sunday morning 10:00 AM) he was very helpful and a perfect gentleman and had all the answers to my questions. The car is beautiful!

I got a car that smells like smoke and there was not much recursive action. My view was labeled as subjective despite the fact that multiple individuals who smelled the car said the exact same thing. I had to carpool with others even though I had the rental because of the bad smell that I couldn't get rid of with even after spraying a lot of air freshener and getting the scented trees.

Great car rental service. Very professional also. Very clean. Also polite customer service it's actually better than your typical car rental service that gives you a hassle to rent a car. I would definitely use this service again and also recommend it to a person that's interested in renting a vehicle with no hassle.

The company offers great service at competitive rental prices. Unlike the large rental companies, they can even drop your car at your home if you are within a certain distance from their office.

I'm so thrilled I found JMJ Prestige Auto for my car rental! I have been through MANY car rentals in my life, and Juan and his crew are utmost professionals, kind and the best customer service around when needed! Besides all that, they take amazing CARE of their vehicles, they are so on top of the car's needs! That is rare in this industry of alllll my years of renting cars from different places. They have exceptional vehicles with your typical price as well! I can't recommend this business enough! (i can go on and on...but not enogh room ;-)
