The practitioner was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough . . . and she took her time so that we didn't feel rushed. I'd go to her for all of my healthcare needs if I could.

Got the initial testing done for a tb test. Doctor set up my next appointment. Called prior to the minute clinic hotline while they told me no appointment was set up. They set me up for the following day while it was already too late. Came to the appointment and doctor was rude saying it was my fault appointment was missed even though the email said to come to this location all while they were closed that day. Explained to doctor what the minute clinic hotline told me and she replied “ that’s not my problem, you missed the appointment”. I asked if I had to pay twice again because I payed for the initial testing and just before my second visit and she replied with yes because it’s not her problem. Not nice staff at all and not understanding. Usually don’t post reviews but was not very fond of my experience at this location and the doctor. Will be going to another minute clinic even though it’s farther and more of an inconvenience for me.

I visited this location after seeing on the website that walk-ins are allowed. I show up a whole 30 minutes before the clinic opens only to be told by the nurse that she is going to take all the appointments before she sees me. When I point out that the website says walk-ins are available she says no appointments only. Now this is the problem with the world. The people who think they are smart and everyone else is silly. The website clearly states they take walk-ins!!! And what's the sense in taking all appointments then taking the person who was first on the line!! Who supervises this mess??

MINUTE CLINIC!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Went here for a TB test, got the initial test done and they scheduled my appointment for the follow up reading. Confirmed the appointment, showed up on the day of the appointment THEY MADE, checked in , sat there for 10 mins and then were informed they were closed; went back next day….closed again. Now I have to wait another week to get a whole new test done because I only had a 48-72 hour reading time. WHY ARE YOU SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ON DAYS YOU ARE CLOSED? Also I sat on hold everytime I tried to get in touch for over 20 minutes.

I went to my appointment the person Ling who attended me did not want to help me because according to her I could not afford the treatment, she did not even take the trouble to tell me the cost and I made a decision if the cost was within reach of my pocket she simply because of my Latin appearance I described myself and assumed that I had no money, I felt frustrated angry and I cried because of this attitude of your employee. I can not even say that it was because I did not qualify I asked her several times because I did not I wanted to help and I answered you look like a sweet person but I'm sorry I can't help you I gave her options like pills or injections but she kept insisting that my treatment was not within reach of my fund. Then she had the nerve to report that I had not gone to appointment

I accompanied a patient here at this urgent care and I do not recommend. The NP Ling Ling is very unprofessional and will make you feel uncomfortable. She will not give you the proper diagnosis and is very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I had a great experience with Nurse Practitioner Luanne R. here earlier this week! She was able to help me complete an employment physical that my primary care could not, as my primary care office had lost papers of my childhood vaccine I'd given them at an earlier visit. She was thorough and attentive to detail when checking the dates on the form, and of all my prior vaccinations, & making sure it was accurately, fully completed. Thank you to Luanne & this Minute Clinic for helping me complete my physical exam in a timely manner!

Easy to book appointments with lot of availability at different times. Quick and good service vaccination for my kid. Bonus point the brave sticker and the lollipop! Thanks!

I should not be giving one star as it has to be zero star. I scheduled appointment for travel vaccine with Clark minute clinic. I made sure to confirm if travel vaccine is covered in my insurance. I called my insurance twice and they confirm that travel vaccines are covered in my plan with copay. I also called minuteclinic to confirm coverage and I was told that if your insurance covers the travel vaccine we will cover it.On the day I went to get vaccine I was told by person who was giving vaccine that travel vaccines are never covered by insurance. I made her aware that I confirm with my insurance that travel vaccines are covered but she never agreed to my confirmation. I also suggested her to call my insurance but she says that she cannot call the insurance. Based on her experience she was assuming that my insurance do not cover travel vaccine instead of confirming with my insurance. I left and called my insurance and they again confirmed that travel vaccines are covered in my insurance. I scheduled appointment with other health clinic and they confirmed that travel vaccine was covered in my insurance.

Avoid this CVS clinic! It’s not trust worthy. I made an appointment for a shingles vaccine which is now covered by Medicare. I told that to the nurse who wasn’t aware but she entered my information and sure enough said it was covered. Walked out not paying anything. That was in April. End of June I get a bill for $153 from Minuteclinic. I looked at my bill and saw they submitted it under Medicare B. I had found the problem. But the woman on the Minuteclinic phone line told me the shingles vaccine is covered under Medicare Part D and the clinic doesn’t participate. WHY DIDN’T THE NURSE TELL ME THAT? They told me to contact Medicare but Medicare didn’t pull a fast one Minuteclinic did. AVOID CVS MINUTECLINIC!

I've been to this MinuteClinic a few times for different health reasons. I've always been seen promptly at my appointment time and although each time I've seen someone different, they were all very nice and thorough. I've received a vaccine shot from the MinuteClinic (not the pharmacy, although they both provide this service, oddly) as well as a blood/urine test. The urine test was a little awkward because you have to use the regular store bathroom, which is just around the corner, but you're technically walking in CVS with a cup full of urine for a quick moment. Overall I've only had good experience.

Went for a dot physical and scheduled it and checked in for my appointment at 12. Sat and watched at least 2 different people go before me. Then almost an hour and a half later the “doctor” comes out and asks you here for a dot physical? I said yes and she immediately says I don’t do them! I said what I scheduled it on your site and I been waiting and just now you come out to tell me!!So bottom line for whatever reason it couldn’t be done. First off don’t allow me to schedule it then. Second off you if couldn’t do it and no one else can be a pal and call me as soon as you know your incapable of taking a urine and doing a vision test!!!It’s literally about the same as any other physical you can get, just different paperwork.I suggest you awesome considerate people learn how to do dot physicals. Seems dumb to say it can be done but after all your medical expertise you aren’t able to do routine stuff. There shouldn’t be one person to depend on when patients depended on your promised services.Real inconsiderate and asinine !!
