The customer service in this store sucks! 5 employees people behind the counter and I was in line for 5 minutes waiting…. Just me. I finally put down $300 worth of clothes and walked out.

The location in Clark Commons is connected to Carters, both are owned by the same company. I like the selection in Carters better but Osh Kosh seems to have lower prices, so you have a lot of options in this location. They also have a lot of the cute toys and accessories by Skip Hop in the middle of the two stores, which is another company owned by Carters. I would say the only problem I have is the store is a little cramped, especially when crossing over from Carters to osh kosh or vice versa. They have bins off to the side and it makes going through with a stroller a little more complicated. Also, the skip hop stuff being right by the register can be maddening for parents waiting on line with their toddlers, because of course your toddler wants to touch every stuffed animal and toy they see, but I also know that's exactly why it's there so I can't really fault them for it, it is a retail business after all! 4/5

Staff isn't nice & friendly there, especially the manager. I really like the location, but because of the way they act, i choose to drive further away.

This location is great..tons of stuff But for the 3rd time ive had to walk out and put my stuff down because i cant wait 30 min to pay. They really need to staff more cashiers.

Carter’s and Osh Kosh combination store. There is always a sale event which is great when you can find what you like at a great value. This is a nice location. However the staff is selective with customer service. I was not greeted when I came in or at the register but the person who walked behind me was greeted with a “hello”.Strange practice. Associate seemed most interested in continuing conversation with other staff member. I said a couple of things about the great deals I found and the associate didn’t even respond. Undesirable interaction. I like the clothing, clearance and sales prices but for lacking service I may as well shop online.
