My elderly father used PFSP for his specialty medication over the last few years. Their service was always friendly, caring and professional. PFSP even assisted my father in finding support when his insurance did not cover a large portion of the cost of the medication. Unfortunately, we had to switch to a different online pharmacy because of that, but PFSP made sure the prescription was transferred correctly, so my father can continue to receive the medication. I can't thank Vanessa and the PFSP team enough for the excellent care that my father received.

PFSP was an absolute joy to work with!! They bent over backwards to get us the medication our son needed when we needed it most. We’ve had so many issues getting the medication filled on a timely basis from other pharmacies, but PSFP came through for us. This allowed us to keep our son on his normal medication dosage timeline which put our minds at ease! I would HIGHLY recommend PFSP to anyone who needs a high quality, carrying, pharmacy!!! They are tremendous people to work with.

I have been waiting for my delivery since Monday!!! NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME as to why I never got my medication delivered. AM 6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND THIS MEDICATION IS VERY CRUCIAL RIGHT NOW . I cry every time I call , because am given excuses why they can't look into my records to help me! I haven't had my medication for more than a week!!! Am very very disappointed that this pharmacy can't even prioritize a pregnant woman!

PFSP is not a reliable pharmacy with consistency. There is always a problem with the discount programs or they no longer makes the medication. You may want to see if your doctor can use another pharmacy because you will eventually be disappointed.

Best Pharmacy ever! I was employed with them. I wish I never left!! Top of the line employees. Super clean Pharmacy and even paid breaks!! On point with the delivery of medications. Pharmacy majority of the time runs smoothly and work as a team! #PFSP

This place blows. They spin you in circles and I have yet to receive my medication that was supposed to be shipped over a month ago.

This pharmacy was great the first few years I dealt with them. Last 8 months I've missed 7 doses of medication. They come up with excuses, don't call you back and now for several weeks don't even answer the phone. I had to call up my insurance and find another specialty pharmacy

This pharmacy is trash. It is so difficult to get a refill on a prescription. First I was using express scripts, due to the fact that my insurance didn't cover my medication, and it was very easy for me to go online and order a refill. Then they were no longer able to work with the manufacturer, so PFSP has the contract or whatever the agreement is, and it sucks. I would really pay the extra money if my insurance covered this specific medication. You shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to get your meds.

Horrible service. Set up a delivery for a medication on a Thursday, got a phone call shortly after saying they couldn't deliver it Thursday but could deliver it Friday. Friday came and they never delivered it. I never got a phone call either telling me it wouldn't be coming that day and they were already closed. Had to wait through the weekend to call and find out why my medication was not delivered. In the meantime, I became sick without the med and had to go out and spend money on other meds to compensate. It took me a month to get rid of the infection and now it's back again and worse than before thanks to PFSP. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was told it was a supply issue. We set up another delivery on Monday for the following day. Before hanging up I asked them to please be sure I would be getting it on Tuesday. If not, I would make other arrangements to try to get the generic form of this med with another pharmacy. I was told it would be in stock tomorrow and would be delivered on Tuesday. About a half hour later, I got a phone call stating the med wouldn't be in stock by then and I'd have to wait until they delivered it on Wednesday. We'll see if it's actually delivered by then, but I am not hopeful. Please, if you care about your health or the health of your loved ones do not use this pharmacy.

WAS SOUPOSSED TO GET MY MEDICATION LITTLE BIT A MONTH AGO, STILL NOT GOT IT.GET CALL FROM PHARMACY ON A MIDDLE OF FEB., THE LADY WAS SCHEDULE A DELIVERY DAY, GET CO-PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE, BUT LATTER AFTER THEY CALLED BACK AND CANCELED DELIVERY EXPLAINED IT AS A DELIVERY ISSUE.THEY SAID THEY WILL IN TOUCH WITH ME, AND STILL NO ONE CALLED ME BACK.TRIED TO CALL THEM EVERY 30 MINS, SINCE LAST WEEK - " ALL OPERATORS ARE BUSY, LEAVE YOUR INFO AND WE WILL CALL YOU BACK"VERY DISSAPOINTED.

This pharmacy is not reliable I went a whole month with out my prescription because they ran out I finally received it a month later to only not get it the next month cus they ran out....terrible customer service, terrible delivery service, just awful...

3 months ago I was switch to this pharmacy from another that no longer carried my medication. My regular pharmacy does not carry this medication either. It took 3 weeks to get my first prescription filled. They said they are sorry for the delay but have a lot of new people. The following month another issue. This month another issue. Each month I call leave messages, no call back. I reach someone to refill and no script. So my doctors sends one over the same day. A week later I finally reach someone. She says we got it on the 23rd. No call to me to fill it or schedule a delivery . I was told I have to call them. I said I did 3 times. Left messages and no call back. Waiting all day for my delivery. Called 3 times and was told it went out late because there delivery came in late this morning. Mind you my original delivery was yesterday. I had to change it to today because my boss decided to close early. So I would not be there for the delivery. So they had my medication yesterday. I live 10 minutes away from the place. I said to the girl today I live 10 minutes away I could of picked it up. She says yes you could have. Well 3 months ago I was told I could not pick it up. It had to be shipped or delivered. Every time I speak to someone I get different information and a bunch of I am sorry. Now delivery time is 9 to 4. It is now 6:15 pm and still no prescription. No one has called me. I spoke to someone the 3rd time I called at 5:00pm she tried to reach the driver and said he did not pick up. So over a hour later still nothing except a bunch of sorry people the last 3 months. Just absolute horrible communication and horrible customer service. If you have a choice go with another company.

Garbage of a pharmacy. I've been trying to get my medication for over a month. They've acquired numerous prescriptions from Script, and apparently can't handle the volume. Called numerous times for them to fill my medication. It's been the same excuse every time ... "We have hundreds of prescriptions to go through" ... or "we can't find it, we haven't received" ... even though Scripts has forwarded to them three times already. Pretty ridiculous.
