• 2.5, 5, 10, and 25 pound weights being left of floor near machines not designed for use with said plates.
• Handles, ropes, etc. not being put away, but thrown on floor.
• People using machines with plates are not re-racking.
• Increased sightings of people sitting on machines staring at their devices for extended times.
• Increase in people leaving personal property on equipment they want to use next, blocking anyone wanting to use machine now.
• I have personally seen a woman get on the end treadmill and put her device and water bottle on next treadmill so no one could use it.
• Windows can use a cleaning, very cloudy.
• Broken machines are being fixed, it just takes a long time.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED. Long time member, LOVE class instructors……paying for ultimate membership to take classes, but for months only 4 classes offered a week is DISCOURAGING. Asked repeatedly for months to offer more classes….nothing. Now charging me to freeze account when paying for classes they no longer offer.

I canceled my membership and was charged the next month; for some reason I knew it would happen. When I requested a refund I was told that a note would be left for the manager. Weeks later, another call to Retro and was told the manager sent me an email. An email was never received or my refund. I'd contact corporate headquarters, but from reading other reviews, that is pointless.

I move a lot and have hopped in and off retro fitness many times. It’s always smooth and something I really appreciate about this gym. No hassles and no hidden fees.

Ro at the front desk is awsome, definitely the best one there! Everyone is really nice. Never disappointed at this retro.

I’ve been trying to downgrade my membership for months. The staff at the desk constantly tell me the system is down and the manager doesn’t return phone calls or emails. They directed me to corporate who couldn’t downgrade or even cancel my membership. Even corporate can’t do anything without the manager who doesn't respond to corporate when they attempt to handle this issue.

My first month here. Front desk finds 2.5 weights when I need them. Clients are friendly & helpful. Weights are NOT left on equipment for the most part. (90% or less). Nice switch from Kenilworth where most clients are rude! But after a longer stay there ARE NOT ENOUGH 2.5 weights!!!!! Three days this week. I did NOT have them

They have the Octane Fitness Ellipticals and Octane Lateral X line. The best cardio machines ever made!

When I started coming to this place years ago all of this equipment was new, now years later they have not replaced anything nor repaired any. Several machines are either dirty and need of repair or are just dirty. The people that work here seem to pay more attention to their phones then they do the customers.

Big facility. Staff is very nice. Owner is hands on. One of the cleanest gyms I've been in.
