Guy cleaned my windshield then asked for a tip. I said I didn’t have cash and he said he’ll charge my card for a tip. very sketchy interaction and will never go there again!

Worst experience ever. The attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful. He actually argued with me in Hindi telling me I’m nobody and was rudely speaking to me when I was actually being so nice. Then he proceeded to scream profanities. Don’t ever go here.

the guy started to clean my already clean windshield. then after the gas tank was filled he wasn’t giving me back my card until i gave him a tip for the cleaning that i didn’t ask for. i didn’t have cash so he was trying to charge me on my card for it. the prices are always crazy high here anyway. better off driving another minute to avoid these guys.

Attendant will clean your windshield without being asked and then stand there and wait for you to tip him. If you put your wallet away without tipping, he will ask "No tip?". Unfortunately poor customer service, I'll be sure to go to different gas stations in the future.

The attendant at this Shell station is rude, cold and inhumane. I am an elderly woman & went in the station with three low tires and he refused to give me change then sent me to the gas station across the street! I guess I was disturbing his play time in the booth, deplorable.

Needed gas in the worst way barely made it to the station. Company vehicle. Not my company. Used company card. Was busy doing work on my phone and attendant cleaned windshield. After pump was done he gave me my card and stood there staring at me. I didn't pay him any mind as I was texting. I look over cause he was staring a hole in my ear. He says what no tip? I was taken back by this as I didn't ask for the windshield to be cleaned. Needless to say after reading all these reviews I will have to revisit my friend and have a nice conversation when he asks for another tip.

Go across the street the gas pumper won’t be trying to shake you down for a tip. It’s annoying enough I can’t pump my own gas it’s more annoying that the guy who pumps the gas goes “give me tip.”.
