This location is always low staffed. Please hire more employees. The slowest service I have experienced is at this location. The customer service is also horrible! The guy with the beard is rude and should get trained on how to speak to customers. Good luck on getting anyone to answer the phone, they NEVER pick up their phone either. The amount of times I had to drive here just to ask a simple question that could’ve been answered over the phone is ridiculous. I rather drive a mile further to the Rahway location. Corporate needs to do something about Clark TD!

I usually do deposits here there’s this woman who works there now the last two times- she didn’t give me back a deposit slip and deposited a day later- when I went today for 4 deposits and change I must’ve been in line for an hour, the drivers behind me who were waiting drove away, she didn’t give me back all my deposits back and when I told her this she said “oh let me look… yeah you need to write it more neat”- so I don’t understand because I didn’t write it neater she didn’t consider to ask me? was she just going to keep the money and not deposit it?- she kept giving me looks and snarky comments, I just wanted my change and deposits lolanyone else at this bank who I go to has it done for me within 5 minutes

Appointments necessary for sit down business transactions. Walk-ins for Teller counter ONLY. Needed a replacement debit card. When I arrived at the Clark branch I hadn't made an appointment but was able to make one by following the directions posted on the door. I needed to send a text with my name and wait in my vehicle untill they advised me it was okay to enter and was given the name of the representative I would be seeing. Was in and out in less than ten minutes with a replacement card. Dividers at counter/desks and masks are required.

Stopped in to replace a stolen card and inquire about a large balance that was placed on hold. Marc was amazingly helpful. Quick to address both problems and very easy to speak with during our interaction. If every banking exchange was similar to that, I would love it!

I've been banking with TD bank for years now and have yet to have a problem I get speedy service weather inside or The drive-through This is definitely one of my favorite branches They have fun friendly bank tellers who are very efficient

Just went in to get a cash advance and the teller asked me to tell her my pin....from the other side of the room when there were other customers present. When I complained to the manager, she said that her customers had no issues giving them their pin. Really? This has been the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I have had at a bank. One word:Fraud!!!!

TD Bank in Clark is definitely one of the best ones I've been to. Service is always quick, especially at the drive-through. In fact, it was a teller at their drive through who recently told me about the ease of mobile deposits (I avoided it previously), so I've actually begun to use them. I've also called their location when I can't get through to the customer service number, and someone was always happy to help me. Excellent, fast, and courteous!
