I understand it's ulta but it dosent have to cost you an arm and a leg for makeup or lotion. It's not like it's sephora where your going to get overpriced makeup.

I go here for blowouts a lot ...until today...I made an appointment today for three weeks in advance to get a low out my friend's one year old birthday party. I get a call from Ulta a half hour before after I made babysitting arrangements and had plans on getting my hair done that my appointment is cancelled and they have no one else to do it...what?? They said my hair is very thick and that I'm only down for 45 mins ..a week ago a girl called to move my appointment to a different girl because the original girl wasn't going to be in. And then I repeated to the person I called five times is it going to be enough time I have a lot of hair and she she yeah that's fine that's fine and then this happens and now I have to go y my friend's party looking like a total mess. Thanks Ulta!! I always gave people referrals to her great they are but not anymore! All the manager offered me was $15 off my next service...no I expect a free blowout after this..this is just wrong to cancel a half hour before my appointment. Totally unprofessional.

Kimberly has done my sew-in / silk press and I LOVED it! My sew-in lasted for months! I received so many compliments! If you are looking for someone to do diverse hair, she is your girl! Thank you, Kim!

The Clark Ulta store is not very Customer friendly. I purchased items. Buy 1, get one free. Bought 3 items, didn't realize my 3rd item was included in the special. When I read my receipt and realized I was entitled to another free item, went back to the store. First cashier was very nice, said, I could get my free item. The Mgr intersects, says I have to return all 3 of my items. Re-purchase and then I can get my 4 item. That makes no sense. I took my receipt and left the store. Love Ulta's products, but, not pleased with the Clark store. Have had issues there before. Terrible customer service.

I just left this store which is always out of stuff and on top of it all they are letting some kid ride his scooter around the store and he hit someone. No one cared. What the heck is wrong with people !! Done with this store .

Gianna was amazing with my hair! Was super gentle and asked me about every detail before starting! One of the best wash & blowouts i’ve had.Would definitely recommend!

Terrible customer service. This store is also shady with how they announce sales.I worked with Amy in prestige cosmetics and she was fabulous - kind, patient, and nice. The product she was helping me with appeared to be on sale, and when I asked her if it was, she told me it was a good day to buy that item.When I got to the register it didn’t ring up on sale, and after the cashier asked the manager for a price adjustment, the manager came back with the sign announcing the sale and said it was for a different item. I mentioned that the sale sign was placed directly above the item I was purchasing and that one of the associates had even said it was a great day to buy the item. The manager’s reply was rude and condescending: “Oh well you see the name here is this one and the name of your product is that one.”I ended up buying the product because I didn’t read the sign closely enough and because Amy was so helpful. But the more I thought about it the more it bothered me how rude the manager was; I was wrong, sure, but she didn’t need to be so snarky about it, and she should also make sure that the store’s sales are advertised in a way that before customers are even involved, that her team understands.I should have just left the product and bought it at Sephora, where the sales team is always so helpful. I definitely won’t return to this Ulta, and will probably just rely exclusively on Sephora from now on out of principle.

HORRIBLE experience at the salon. I came for a wash and go and this is what I left with. My hair was left tangled, damaged, and my scalp was red and swollen from the washing. I will be requesting a refund.

Ok so on 11/12/23 I came for a blowout. My stylist was Kimberly and said I had Afro hair. Days and day pass my hair is super dehydrated, frizzy and very dry. That was the worst decision I have made for my hair in history. Kimberly started telling the girls about my mother and saying a lot of stuff.

I was in need of help finding a new foundation. I asked Andrea for help. She was so patient and attentive, I've never received that type of one on one before at ANY ULTA in the tristate. Sure enough after small chit chat, I find out she is a 7 year veteran with Ulta. She was amazing. I'll defiantly be back for more products and in love with my new foundation and setting spray. She was a true definition of professionalism and the quote "If you love what you do, it isn't work".
