Beyond Great service, can’t thank this team enough, Liz helped me not only save on my bill but upgrade as well, she was very diligent with making sure my new phone was working even better than my old one! Only Verizon I recommend!

This is for Verizon in general, which does not want to own the unlocking of their phones. The phone representatives direct you to the store and conversely.
This store in particular was not helpful.

Don’t upgrade your phone here. They make you buy hundreds of dollars (311) in accessories to upgrade your phone. Go to a real Verizon store and won’t make you pay to upgrade in accessories. Bad sales tactics.
