“I had my first experience here tonight, over all I am quite happy with my visit. The wait was a bit long, but it is to be expected at any health care facility, humans or animal. The staff is caring and kind, everyone I came in contact with was very attentive and willing to answer questions and address concerns. “I don’t even know where to start. If I can give Kenilworth Animal Hospital A BILLION stars I will!!! This place is amazing. I came in as an emergency. My puppy had an eye injury and their assurance showed me he was in good hands as they acted quickly and comforted HIM/I during this tragic accident. They didn’t just calm my puppy they calmed me by answering the million questions that I had LOL. Fortunately the surgery was a success and my baby boy is home recovering. “It was a Saturday and appts were limited and I called in about my car Bobby unable to urinate regularly and Dr Santiago had me bring Bobby in ASAP. Bobby was hospitalized for 4 days he doing good right now. I'm happy with his service is prices are also affordable which most vets are super expensive. “The staff is always professional and meet the needs for the furry parents. The pricing is a bit aggressive and upselling sometimes pretty apparent. Overall great place to bring your pet, just make sure you ask questions upfront.
Like always, if you get a puppy or kitten: buy the insurance. It is hard after the first year to get insurance, but if you get them young, overall it is worth it.”
“I haven't visited this Vet yet, but I called and they were very helpful on the phone. They informed me of a walk in vaccination program they have on Tuesdays & Thursdays so we can get rabies vaccines for our two healthy cats very cheap & with no additional exam/visit fees. I will go next Thursday and update this review if there are any surprises, or if I am less than happy with the walk-in experience or with the information I received on the phone.”
“I've been dealing with Dr. Tony since the year 2000. He and his medical crew are compassionate, professional and accommodating. Dr. Tony has treated all of my beloved pets throughout the years and I am so greatful to have him as my pets VET. God bless Dr. Tony and his practice!! “I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from... The doctor is amazing. She wouldn't let my cat get fixed because she had a cold. To me that proves that this place is not all about the money. My dog and cat get great care here and I have never felt pressured into paying for any extra services. The area is expensive in general so yes this place is a little up there in price, but in my opinion it is worth it for the quality of care.”

“Some people are quick to leave a bad review about Dr. Nergrin. But they will not tell you she never turns a patient away. If you walk into her hospital with an emergency, she will treat your pet the best she can with minimum staffing and equipment. They also do not write reviews. Saying she was trying to work right after having major surgery just not to let her clients down. People need to respect her time and schedule their appointments accordingly. Suppose you will not show a simple phone call to cancel is so easy. They also say her staff doesn't answer the phones. How can she if she's helping the doctor? Before you try to tarnish someone's reputation, it doesn't hurt to ask questions, but instead, some of you guys' feelings get hurt because YOUR pet wasn’t seen promptly, and you want to write a bad review. It is funny that you guys still go to her practice. If any of my dogs are sick or are not eating whatever, I will take them to the emergency vet. But some of you do not have common sense. She’s damn near a one-person team, and you folks think she’s supposed to be superwoman. Lastly, she doesn't make you get unnecessary things for your pet like most vets.

“Amy the 13.5 year old beagle princess has been cared for by Dr Sarle since she was a post shelter puppy who rescued us. For the last 5 years he has treated her for Addison’s disease. When she arrives for her monthly shots, she runs over to Dr Sarle and Christa, his lovely assistant, wagging her tail. She knows that she is very much loved member of the Chatham Animal Hospital pack! If you want the warmth and compassion of a pack, rather than an often impersonal clinic, Dr Sarle is the Vet for you”

Dr. Goldsmith made himself available in the most inconvenient hours. He always gave us update even though he’s already working late, calling back to check on Professa. “I wanted to thank everyone who was at Madison Animal Hospital yesterday June 14 and around 630pm, I had an appointment scheduled for my hamster to come in for a wellness check on the 23rd and last night things got worse for my little Peach. I called and pressed one for emergency and whomever I spoke to (I was a hysterical mess) calmed me and and told me to come down asap which I am so grateful and thankful for! Again thank you for that. Come to find out my little hammy was very very sick, paralyzed from a tumor she developed. I don't remember anyone's name because It all happened so fast but I want to thank the Vet who found Peaches issues and all the girls who talked to me, calmed me down, reassured me I was a great pet owner. I was devastated that all this happened to my Peach within hours. All the staff at Madison Animal Hospital are so sweet and so kind and they literally were so helpful and helped me make the right decisions on what to do with my baby. I'm thinking people are gonna think I'm crazy for crying hysterical over a hamster, but the staff there knew I loved Peaches with all my hear and kept telling me I wasn't crazy and she was more than just my pet. The front desk receptionist even put out a sign and lit those battery candles for Peaches. Thank you again for everyone that helped me and helped Peaches crossover rainbow bridge . I will never forget how professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and just amazing humans that work in this Animal Hospital. Thank you again for making Peaches comfortable before I said my last goodbyes to her. Below I shared some pictures of Peaches before she got sick. Thank you a million times again. “Dr Rottenberg saved my cat. Several other vets misdiagnosed him and he grew a very large tumor on the outside of his lower jaw. No one would operate but Dr. Jan.
