Love this store! The furniture inside is beautiful, and well made. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We have purchased outdoor furniture from them and have been very satisfied with quality and delivery!Outdoor wood furniture can last a long time, if brought under cover but The poly-lumber furniture is so much better and easier with no extra effort.

I bought furniture quite a few years ago. I spent thousands on bedroom furniture for my son. My thought was that I was buying well built furniture that would be an investment and last years….. well that was not the case. The drawers have slowly fallen apart one by one to the point they do not close completely because the tracks have failed. The knobs have continuously fallen off and now the bottoms of the drawers are failing.All that was ever stored was clothes and underwear…. So disappointing

Furniture overpriced!! Delivery not as promised. I had to call to see if my furniture was in. Called the day before to tell me they only deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday. They did make arrangements for a Saturday delivery. Guy never showed up. My husband had to help another worker bring the furniture in our house!!! Buffet delivered with no clips to hold shelves. One month later still waiting for clips unable to use furniture. Staff NEVER calls back when they promise. Paid by check because they charge extra to use a debit or credit card. Wish I would have charged it. I would of at least had some recourse for pieces missing. I WILL NEVER use Affinity Furniture again.

Beautiful, high quality furniture that lasts. Very customizable to fit your needs with many wood, stain, hardware and fabric options. I have many pieces that have held up beautifully over the years. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

I walked into this store hoping to have the same experience as other customers base on the reviews of this store online, this was not the case. Not only we were ignored completely, but when ask to see the outside products we were asked pretty much to do it ourselves and search for people outside somewhere and the lady was distracted and kept interrupting our conversation, rude and honestly we felt that she didn’t wanted our business and also disrespected. I am one to offer great service to my customers in my line of word, even when I am busy, there is a thing call being courteous, welcome!, I am with a customer but will be with you shortly! Or one moment, let me find someone that can walk outside and show you the items in question! Or one moment, let take this call and we can continue with your questions!None of that happened, very disappointed.

The quality of their furniture is "top notch" Outdoor furniture is beautiful, great quality along with pergolas, gazebos, pavilions etc..great quality Amish made sheds all sizes!!

Linda's store has everything you could possibly need! She is the nicest human being and goes above and beyond helping you fulfill your dream home! She has already fully furnished our shore home and now we are renovating another home. We will get all our cabinetry and furnishings from Affinity!
