I put in a large number of pink and white carnations so that our church (Pitman Nazarene) would have them to hand out on Mother’s Day. They were great! They take good care of their product. 165 flowers and not a single wilted flower, nor a single broken stem! They helped me bring the flowers out to my vehicle and gave tips on how to keep them fresh until Sunday. They produce a quality product at an unbeatable price! Thank you Upscale Flowers!

I am across the country (military) and wanted to send my brother (whom i miss terribly) birthday flowers and get a cuddly stuffy for the new addition pup (which im excited to see). This place made the smiles!!! Awesome and extremely helpful.

i ordered these flowers for my sister and her family as they lost a close friend. i live in ohio and my sister is in new jersey , so ordering on the website was the only way to get the flowers to her. website was super easy to navigate and i got an order confirmation and delivery confirmation, on top of that the arrangement turned out beautiful and the card was nice and large! i definitely recommend, ordering was super easy!

I’m so disappointed, my husband‘s nieces sent me flowers as I was recovering from an accident, when they arrived I said, “I don’t think they are going to last more than a couple of days”. The roses were soft, and the coronations looked sad. The next day the lilies started to shrivel the roses were dead and it had way too much greenery. No way were the flowers freshly cut, as advertised. They came with a note stating that you had to cut each stem and remove any leaves on the lower part of the stems and place in freshwater. I worked in the flower shop years ago and we had to cut the stems and remove any excess leaves from the bottom of the stems before making the arrangements. Arrangements should last at least a week minimum five days.
Seriously people that are not well shouldn’t be expected to cut each stem individually with a knife, according to the directions. I feel bad because I know the kids spent a lot of money, flower arrangements are not cheap. The last time I received flowers from this company the same thing happened and my husband called and they offered nothing not a replacement not an apology. Nothing at all.

This place is a gem in a small town. I went there today and Dave and the lady that was working there were super helpful and just pleasant people. He did an arrangement that was breathtaking!!

This arrangement was beautiful and lasted for a long time. Normally I get flowers and expect to have them for 5 days max. This arrangement lasted a week and a half. The owner was so thoughtful, she made sure to tell me to change the water ever 3 days and to trim the stems after the first week.

Flowers were absolutely stunning, however customer service was terrible. I called for information regarding my flowers since I had missed the delivery. The woman whom answered the phone was not welcoming at all and seemed very bothered. I couldn’t have gotten off the phone soon enough.
