Very rude and unfriendly staff. Very expensive. They do not even do what you request. They are not clean, no place to wash your hands after a manicure. They just spray your hands with watervand alcohol. Never returning there.

I don’t see how some of these people are still working here with that NASTY and DISTASTEFUL attitude that they have! That is not a way to run a busy! They do not care how they do your nails and really only “cater” to the 🤚🏻 individuals. Table #2 is very nasty and does not need to work there! I asked table #3 when will the manager be here and he/she brushed me off as if my concerns didn’t matter. I will like to talk to the manager or I will create a case that this company do NOT want on their hands!

Been going to this salon on and off my whole life but stay for about 3 years or so forth, never have an issue Lilly has been doing an amazing job on my nails they always come out how I expect them. Never disappointed when I leave there! Nicole is also awesome! Very friendly very clean very accommodating. Attached are some shapes and designs over the years. Love these ladies.

This place is worst to get your nails done at, one the female that do the nails are rude and doesn’t listen to you and argue back with you. Be careful on using your credit card because they double charged you on your bill, when you call them and get the money back all these excuse we can’t do refund our boss only can and he doesn’t come to the store. It’s been 1month going back and forth to get my money back. Still no answer unprofessional place. It’s waste of your time and money to even to go this place.

The woman with the big tatoos on her legs gave me the worst service I’ve ever had in a salon. Didn’t even have to speak to her and she’s aggressively throwing and flipping my hands around, rushing, made my real nails so uneven, and the polish pealed the next day. When we were done she rudely said “done, $70”. But as soon as I pulled all my cash out at the register, her attitude and toned switched to nicely saying “it’s going to be $70 baby”. I’m assuming she believed since I’m young she won’t get a tip? Because there was literally no reason for service like that.

Beautiful salon very spacious but to be very honest I hate my nails it look like I got 10 big asss ibuprofen 800 pills sitting on my fingers $81 for this is insane .

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Tracey did my toes and was rushing while scraping my dead skin. She sliced off several layers of skin on one of my toes… let it keep bleeding and kept putting it back in the water… Then pressed a cotton ball with alcohol HARD on my toe as I told her it hurt a lot. When I asked if she had something to put on it like cream or a band aid she said I needed to wait until she finished my toes. I convinced her to put a bandaid on it anyway. There was so much blood it bled through the bandaid… (the photo I am sharing is from the next day.)
After all this she starts removing my acrylic nails, rushing all the while and hurting me. After three times telling her she was hurting me, she said “sometimes when you take off it hurts.” When I asked about other removal methods she said she couldn’t soak them and using the drill would take long. I asked her to please stop rushing and treat me like a person. She gave me a bad attitude. After all this I left with COMPLETELY unfinished nails and the salon still charged me $57. The WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON.

Listen to the reviews and do not go to this salon! Tracey did my nails and they were uneven and one nail broke. I came back to get my broken nail fixed and the staff were rude and unprofessional. They told me it was the holiday and they were too busy to fix it. I waited hours before Tracey decided to fix my nail. She starts fixing my nail but stops and takes another customer. I left the salon with an unfinished nail. I do not recommend this salon. It is by far the worst salon I have ever been to.

I walked into the salon to get service for the 2nd and asked for the nail technician who recently did my nails, she heard her name and never looked up and said No. I was appalled and taken back not understanding what was going on. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I proceeded to wait for another technician and notice how they were rude to other clients. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. As I was leaving a customer asked to see one of the technician license they couldn’t provide her license because she didn’t have one. Long story short they are unprofessional , rude and have unlicensed nail technician working. The state will be called and. L & I.
