The service is good but I think they should improve some points and try to provide better quality. They gave me back a little of what I thought they would clean.

I went there 2 weeks ago with a new car - I did not realize that the automatic windshield wipers were on - and the wiper was bent in the process. (there is a large sign, I didn't realize my wipers were set to auto. The owner tried to help bend the wiper back and broke the entire arm off (the metal arm). He refused to take responsibility for it; and only offered to pay for half of the repair - which I said was not acceptable as he physically broke the part off. I went today to let them know what the total was after buying a used part and getting a mechanic friend to offer to replace it; along with the car not being drivable for 4 days due to the forecast for rain. He still refused to pay the bill ($97) I asked for a refund for the car wash from that day - he also refused. I bring my car there every 2 weeks and so does my daughter; I will never go back. I truly hope that the refusal was worth the loss of all the business we have given you over the years and for years to come.

Outside the vehicle was cleaned great, but the inside cleaning was disappointing

The car wash is small and has a dated appearance. Pricing was higher than expected. After getting car washed, there's a person who manually dries your car with a hand towel. You then exit your vehicle and pay inside.

Worse car wash ever. Vacuum the floors but not the seats. Did none of the doors or wiped anything down I even asked 1st before they even started my car. Very rude after I addressed the issue. Will never go there again

They use to be good. Not anymore. They don't vacuum on the side of seets,sheets, they didn't wipe the inside out. I paid for royal flush.
