Monica is the best. I broke my phone and she calmly walked me through it and had me in and out of there in no time. She showed me the best deals even helped me download some useful apps. She definitely goes the extra mile for customers and she is super down to earth and easy to talk to on top of that. Thank you!!

I was in today because my phone wasn’t working. Monica and Jake were absolutely amazing. I got a new phone and was in and out faster than I have ever been before. Amazing team over in the Blackwood store!
