They do not offer refunds here! Even with a receipt! I had receipt and made an exchange, lady @ the counter was unhappy because i had the receipt and exchanged an unopened full item so she couldn't turn me away! Products are pretty good! Only downsides are some items are not marked and customer service is not too good!

Love this hair store u can pretty much find what your looking for. Prices are reasonable.
