Store manager is not knowledgeable about phone chargers. She didn't even know how to reload a card!

The manager was completely rude! So rude he refused to check me out after I said something about his attitude. As I went to check myself out he unplugged the register so I couldn’t!!! Racism at it’s finest!!! I called the cops and they did nothing of course. I’m so sick of this
