My grandmother and her friend went to this Dollar Tree to get some garden supplies after church. They did not bring any bags because the Dollar Tree near their house usually has boxes for you to use. After my grandmother got her and her friends supplies, she grabbed an empty box on the floor to put her items in to carry out. My grandmother was immediately told to put the box down and was asked what she was doing. My grandmother explained that at her store she is usually allowed to take EMPTY boxes taking up space and was immediately shut down. Anyways...my grandmother goes to check out and is putting her items back into her cart to bring it to her cart because she didn't have enough hands to carry it all (considering her friend has a walker). The lady, once again, yelled at her for doing so. She asked her what kind of car my grandmother drove, to which she replied an SUV. The woman accused my grandmother of trying by to steal the cart. I am extremely disappointed. This is blatant ageism and I am disgusted. Nancy is the woman who accused my grandmother of all of these things. I am extremely disappointed and something needs to happen about this. Do better.

If not, because the store is right beside my house, I would never go there. I only go there because of a short distance. Customer service here is horrible, terrible, very discouraging. This is not the first or the second time that I have received a very disrespectful treatment from the salesmen here. The last time I was here I had such a terrible experience. I had refused the option to get a receipt but I had selected cash back return so I got in my car and realized I didn’t get the cash return. so I went right back to the store, like immediately and I told the cashier that I had selected a cash refund, even opened my bank account to show him what was charged, and that he never gave it to me. He was arguing with me the whole time and I asked him to pull up the receipt because he never gave me one… it took them like 20 minutes to get a receipt from my purchase I had just had ,and they finally did and finally gave me the money …but they didn’t have any proof that I had requested that money and I actually felt bad because people were watching and I kind of seemed like I was stealing money because then I had no proof that I had requested money and that’s horrible. That’s bad for business. Today I go in,all my items were checked in and I realized that it was over my budget so I asked the lady to remove seven items that I really didn’t need. She just started venting right in my face. She called the manager manager, manager came up and started venting as well… both of them venting my face with other people right behind me listening to them venting, that is terrible, terrible terrible terrible. These people should not be the front faces of any business.

Came back moments later for it and it was no where to be found

1 cashier with an extremely long line. The manager is taking her sweet time in the office. It is a busy time considering it is Monday @ 5:30 pm. I knocked on the office door for assistance. She came out and was polite. I think she is stalling to help me with my return on purpose. Corporate needs to handle this.

Went in to buy a few items. My child had a bathroom emergency. The cashier didn't mind to let my child use the restroom. But the Puerto Rican manager (because I don't know her name) was very mean and coldy said no... my child cannot use the bathroom. And then walked away. I put my items back and left.
? My child ended up peeing on herself. We tried to make it to wawa. I am so upset,I shop in here all the time. I give Dollar Tree a lot of my business. I will no longer be shopping here. To call Lee deny a child with a bathroom emergency to use the restroom. It's just not right.

Not the biggest Dollar Tree in the area, but still a respectable store. Since the revamp, they carry better quality items, and more of them. Its an excellent Holiday and Party supply store. Very decent food, and Arts & Craft sections as well.

I went in here yesterday. Im a frequent shopper. But the staff is always pleasant and working hard my cashier and the manager were very nice . Even knew customers by their name.

The customer service is outstanding at this store. There's a black woman who has been there 5 years and she is seriously devoted to customer service. The store is pretty organized although there's loads of stock being put out (all over $1.25). The store will have $5 items also.

Cashier Nanette ask if I wanted a receipt and I said yes.She slammed my receipt on the counter as if she didn't want to touch my hand. I guess she doesn't like to hand African American people their receipts and rather put it on the counter. I tried not to let it bother me but it did very much.
