I will never come hear again. I am new to area. And all other nail places are close. I got there at 5.30pm. And they close at 6pm. I told him the person would get a good tip. I was hoping they would say Yes. They still said NO. MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS A BLACK PERSON. !. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE I WOULD. MAYBE AVALON IS PREJUDICE. ?

Stephanie has been doing my nails for the last few years and I have found my “only” nail technician!!!!! She is courteous and professional and a perfectionist ?
Her skill set is top tier and she won’t talk you into something that isn’t flattering. She cares about your nails, not just “doing your nails”.

I wish to share how pleased I continue being with getting my gel manicures with Stephanie at Avalon Nails on Blackwood Clementon Road, across from the Burger King and next to The Firestone center as well… I’ve been coming here for 2 years and am amazed with Stephanie’s extraordinary expertise because I have weaker nails and regardless, her meticulous attention to every facet of my manicure is admirable.. . She adds life to my nails, I continue receiving complements from family and friends and indeed would recommend Stephanie to anyone who wishes to have stellar manicures whether simple or with creative designs… She’s incredible.. Stephanie has been doing my nails for over 10 years and she has never not ONE time messed up my nails and never disappoints. This is the most recent set she did on me and she KILLED IT! Stephanie is amazing she has been doing my nails for some time now and I have never had any complaints. She has a great personality and makes getting your nails done fun! I have referred several people to Steph. I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails. Prior I have been to many nail salons searching for the perfect nail tech and Stephanie is nothing short from it! Honestly, I live in Philly, and I drive to NJ for my appointment with Stephanie (nails: overlay of real nail acrylic) and then Tee or Yen (feet: gel pedicure). Today Stephanie’s brother did my feet, and he massaged every piece of stress out my body. I don’t have to tell them my colors because they already know. Not expensive and they do an amazing job!
Requested style: Stephanie is always on point with my nail shape, no problems, and she keeps me laughing with the jokes.
Cleanliness: Constantly cleaning, always smells good, other than the nail polish smell, and they are very polite.

I don't usually comment anywhere but I feel very sad about the result I had with my nails, I paid $135 for a pedicure and this nail set that actually only made me cry when I got home, I'm not a problematic person so when Stefanie asked me if I liked it, I told her that my nails looked too pink compared to the reference in the photo, she got a little upset and told me that she had supposedly asked me about the color of the base of the nail, actually when you wear an inspiration what you expect is something very similar to the photo, not something different, unless you really want it that way, here the bad thing was not just the color of the nail base... it was everything the design in general, crooked stones, untidy etc... here you can see the photo of what I ordered and what they did to me, I know that they never respond to comments, and it's not like one receives a refund for a bad nail design But you are paying for that service and expect something well done, and I feel that it is better to be honest with your client and say "darling, we can't do that design here" than to do something like that!

I was a regular customer and after several visits Stephanie became very nasty after receiving a large tip. I then went in today for my regular appt. And they refused to see my daughter at her appointed time.
My daughter then told that her nails had been green molded on 2 occasions because they weren't sealed properly.

I’m not one to typically write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. For about a year or so I was looking for a nail tech. I’m a super simple girl and I’m not into designs and all that. Just wanted quality. I came across this nail salon and had the pleasure to meet Stephanie. This lady is great! Her work is quality. When I tell you, I went a whole month without coming back for a refill and I had no lifting, chipping or broken nails of any kind. She got my business for sure ☺️

Stephanie has been my nail technician for over a decade, and she has never disappointed me once! She puts her all into each set to ensure customer satisfaction. She listens attentively to my needs, and her attention to detail is commendable. If you are lucky enough to have her as a technician, don't let her go!

First time coming here today and I was pleasantly surprised ! They were all so nice and outgoing and very professional. Stephanie did my manicure and she did such an amazing job! The new girl (sorry I forgot her name, she has auburn hair) did my pedicure and she was fantastic as well! I’m always very iffy going to a new spot , but this will now be my permanent nail place!
