My wife and I went here as they opened on a Sunday to trade in two consoles. Jamie was the only one working there and even though she had a long line forming she was so pleasant to deal with and had such a positive attitude as she multitasked while testing our trade ins. The employees kept trying to add a game warranty even after I clearly declined. They were also rude and made the experience uncomfortable.
