First off, I just would like to say I have had good experiences with this location in general. I had lost my phone number, and other metro locations told me I would not be able to get it, and this location knew what they were doing and were able to help me. They were patient and kind. Also, when I stopped in to pay my bill, they were apparently running a special. It's for 55 plus so unfortunately I did not qualify but the Samsung galaxy s24 pictured below is free if your 55 and switch to t-mobile and it would of been the same price I'm paying with is $45.00 a month. So if anyone out there is in need of a new phone and pays about $45 for unlimited, this phone would be free to u if you're 55+. Just figured I'd let u know.

I went into the store to use my Sim card back on my old phone because my new phone has a virus. Something just didn't seem right when the Indian worker took the Sim card and put it in my old phone, then took a new sim card and put it into my original phone. When what made it look suspicious is the he had a personal notebook laptop connected to the store computer. I asked him why are you asking for my info again and put it in the notebook laptop? I asked him if he could explain what he was doing. He told me to trust him and that he didn't have to tell the customer what he was doing. He was actually transferring info with people pin number onto his notebook laptop. Today is Saturday, May 3 2025. I wascat the Metro in Clementon, nj on College drive. Bad customer service. You better know what their doing weight your information.

The 2 guys that were in the store that day I went there. They were very nice and very helpful. Having employees like them working in the store makes me want to come back.

Last week I went into the store, looking for the deal on the iPhone 12 that have been announced on TV I got in the store and the first young lady I met didn’t even wanna know if my number could be ported. She didn’t even try we had to convince her to try the number once she found out the number could be ported. The manager walked in after the manager finish explaining everything I was gonna end up paying about $300 for the phone and he wasn’t finished adding on things my wife and I tried to explain to him that’s not what your promotion says, and we should be getting a phone for much less, after that he tells us that he’s out of stock and he doesn’t want us to buy anything from his store so he kicks us out the store we go 5 miles away to another store and I get the phone for 187. that’s what taxes insurance and the whole 9 yards do not go to this man store. He’s a cheap , he’s not professional he trying to get over on people .

The worst service possible from these people. They offered me no help with the phone I just bought. No etiquette at all the man coughed in my face. He didn't even apologize. He continued to cough and periodically gag and never covered his mouth. Absolutely disgusting behavior. All the diseases that are going around. It is because of people like this. I want to buy a phone not a communicable viral infection. Thank you Metro by T-Mobile

My disabled daughter went in to pay her phone bill. She was told the bill was 3 times the amount she was expecting. She asked if she could get an explanation as to why, while starting to cry. JORDAN interrupted her questions with "let me stop you right there, I have no sympathy for crying adults." She was just trying to understand why it was so much more. He was very rude and down right abusive.We called corporate and they were very helpful and accommodating. We got her account situated AND reduced. Stay for away from this particular store and JORDAN. Completely unprofessional. Oh and as a bonus, JORDAN was training a young new employee. Yikes. I hope JORDAN gets everything he deserves in life but maybe he should find a new profession where he does not have to deal with people. Clearly, it is not his thing.

Purchased a new phone with an upgrade (saved me $50). After realizing the phone wasn’t working for me four days after the purchase I called in hopes to make a return. I was told that the contract I signed stated that if you purchase a phone with an upgrade you are unable to return the phone at any time. I was told to contact customer service to see what they can do for me and after speaking to two different reps I was referred to the corporate store. As soon as I walked in to speak to someone I was told there was nothing they could do for me.So I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a phone you’re unsure of from metro using an upgrade. Could not believe the loop they sent me through for no reason. Prices are outrageous, check eBay for half priced phones!
