βExcellent prescription service, courteous and professional in every way. Somewhat imited selection of over the counter meds, but nearly anything you could want is available, just not sixteen different brands as you might find elsewhere. I highly recommend Ames, and rate it 5 stars. I will never go back to a giant drugstore chain again!β

βLast year I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a brain tumor and began taking meds. I was getting them at a big box pharmacy and every month there was an issue with my refill, causing me to miss doses of an important life-saving medication. No matter how much I tried to prevent it from happening, I’d end up struggling last minute, making a ton of calls (in tears) to my doctor and the pharmacy, usually missing doses. I finally switched to Crosskeys hoping to have a better experience working with a small, independent pharmacy. As soon as my first Rx was sent over I received an automated welcome call from an actual human. This time I cried tears of relief. It’s stressful enough to manage a terrible diagnosis, getting the medication I need shouldn’t cause more stress. I am so grateful to have switched to Crosskeys.β
βAll the associates are great they're always kind they're always helpful and when they answer the phone they know me by my voice that means a lot perfect group of people there I would recommend this Pharmacy to anyoneβ
βI always come to this Costco. I only have one problem with one of the staff. I think she doesnβt like people or racist. She greets everyone beside the Asian and gives them attitude. I remembered i went there last year to buy gift cards and she complained i bought too much. I bought 10 and i asked her if there was a limit and she say no. I said how about i buy 5 she still say is a lot. Today i have her again as my cashier and she never greet us too and when i asked her about the price of an item she say it will show on the screen. When we left i overheard her saying we donβt say nothing to her like a thank you but she didnβt say to us like other cashier. Other cashier say thank you and have a nice day, but she donβt. I hope she get more training how you work there. Her name Michelle W. Short black lady. Never going to her to check out again to ruin my day. Meanest cashier ever.Hope she changes her attitude even she needs to pretend to be nice to do her job. The store need to do feedback for workers.β
βThe best pharmacy Iβve ever been to. Super friendly staff/owners make you feel like youβre visiting a friend when getting your prescriptions. Yet they are super professional and go above and beyond to make sure your prescription is in and correct. Also a great place to get vitamins/supplements always a great price.β

You can get deliveries if you don’t live crazy far they make everything super easy. They never give you a problem. I couldn’t be happier with my pharmacy. I think this is the happiest I’ve ever been with a local pharmacy.β

βI am so impressed by the AMAZING job the bakery staff did on my cake. I ordered the cake online and gave instructions that the cake was for my dog and if PAW prints could be added. They did such an amazing job the cake looked beautiful, paw prints were perfect and it tasted amazing. My dogs loved the cake! Thank you thank you thank you sooooo much for doing such an amazing job. N making a perfect ending to a perfect day.β

βI really appreciate this pharmacy it is the best one I've been to ! The big pharmacies make you feel like a criminal for needing medication and I don't appreciate that. But not this place they bring my meds on time all the time and are very pleasant about it ! I love this pharmacy they fill my scripts no questions asked they are the best !β

βEDIT Based on their response I decided to give them another chance, and I'm happy to say that this last refill order and delivery went well, was easy to do through the app, and delivery was initiated more quickly and my medication came in a timely manner.
(Original) Same as all the other recent reviews, I'm experiencing unreasonable delays in getting my prescription. In the meantime I've long since run out and will have to go through difficult adjustments to stopping/restarting. I'd be wary if you're considering using this pharmacy, I'm going to talk with my doctor about finding another option.β

βLarge inventory, kind people. They were able to fill a script for my family when the major pharmacies couldn’t due to back orders (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc). They are now my preferred pharmacy.β
βThe best pharmacy I have ever used. I am always greeted so warmly and they have all gone above and beyond to make sure I could get my prescriptions when I needed them. (Even during a computer outage!) I switched from Rite Aid where the pharmacist and staff were all miserable. I couldnβt be happier that I switched!β

βThe people who work at this pharmacy are very kind and or at least very nice, one or two you have to just deal with their lack of knowledge with overly repeating boiler plate. But hang on long enough and you’ll get a quality person who will hear you as a person.β
βI like shopping here with the scan and go app because the lines get really long at times, so you can just scan all your items and pay on your phone to avoid the crowd. They have a good variety of items. I miss their croissant loaf though, that was really good.β
βTheyβre awesome! Recently had an issue where my prescription that was delivered literally blew away within minutes of it being delivered and the woman I spoke to was so helpful and awesome!β
βI called Kress Pharmacy for help to see if they could get a particular brand in my heart pills and they assured me they could get it. The girl was very kind and very sweet with me I just feel so grateful that she was so understanding because I've been so full of anxiety not being able to get my pills thank you again Kress Pharmacy for being so great with me you put my mind at ease ~~β

βThis store & the 1 in Berlin are both owned by the Zallie family. I haven't 'done' the deli @ the Berlin store, but THIS one has my FAVORITE salads! They have certain heatable dinner sides, too. LOVE the bakery here: the cake decorator does the BEST job & does wonderful custom work according to my needs! Once they did a half sheet cake for me for a wedding shower, & she did it in the bride's colors & similar to a wedding cake w/exquisite details!
Come early for store-baked bagels: they go fast! I LOVE THIS STORE!!β
βI make a point to go to the Union Mill location even though it's not the closest to me because my previous experiences closer to home haven't been the best. The staff at Union Mill truly makes the extra drive worth it. Steve, the pharmacist, goes above and beyond by calling me with updates, something I rarely experience elsewhere. This personal touch really stands out to me and contributes to my high opinion of this location. Despite being busy, they always treat me with respect and kindness when I pick up my prescriptions. I really appreciate their helpfulness and positive attitude, both in person and on the phone. I feel valued as a customer and will definitely continue to rely on this team for all my prescription needs.β
βKind and courteous staff. Always very attentive and understanding. Iβve never felt judged or embarrassed when stopping by to pick up scripts. The pharmacist is also incredibly helpful and will answer any questions without hesitation.β
βThe gas attendant looked like they didn't know what he was doing... he tried to use my credit card and it didn't work. But when I asked him if he had to use my member card first he said ok sure. I also asked for $10 worth and he filled it up.β
