“Two weeks ago I went to this place for the first time. I said let me try bc a lot of bad experiences en different places. I did the homework before went , to know how is the process about fill the propane tank. I got 6 tanks and everyone weight different went is empty. But my goal was , if on this place, they honest. When im there , I ask few questions to this man. (Jim) curiously im Jimmy. Lol . He answer all the ? Without any aptitude and very professional. Yes make me sense about everything that i read before go there. In conclusion dont go to any gas station to fill your propane tank. They never fill whatever the charge you. Found a place like Matthey Propane Service. Mr Jim waiting for you to give a 5 ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? service. Thanks Jim for your services and thanks Matthey for have someone like Jim at front of your business. Sincerely Jimmy Bonilla.”
“Louis made made my experience here alot better. Had some issues trying to get a van for the day he helped make sure everything went smoothly, also talked me through everything I needed to know. Great service! The customer service line I called to talk to on the other hand was awful! No help for my situation!”
“Went there today for a rental and the employee went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Super helpful and made the experience a lot better than expected. I believe his name was mark (or mike).”
“There are a few things I'd Iike to share not only to the loyal customers that have been so supportive of Tom and the hard work he has continued to do for all the local businesses up and down the pike but just every customer that has come in since he started all said "wow I honestly didn't know this place was even open bc of the amount of vandalism and what was left when he started " but tomstill took the task with enthusiasm and wanted to prove his loyalty to his boss. What most don't know is that Tom is old school and never relied on Facebook or any online advertising. Tom was taught by his father that loyalty and honesty coupled with sincerity to each customer whether it was one or many would keep the customers coming in and and by word of mouth the amount of customers would continue to grow and appreciate his sincerity and loyalty to them as well. The past few months have dealt Tom a few bad hands all at once. The most recent vandalism has made the already bad shape of building worse than ever. It has left Tom with no electricity at all and he still needs to keep his job with a generator to pump propane. So I'm asking all the loyal customers and all the local businesses to continue to keep going to the williamstown station to support Tom and show your loyalty so he can make that station thrive regardless of the vandals and keep the job he put his heart and loyalty into not only the customers that he always says are the most amazing customers but to show the undying loyalty to the bosses he has been unconditionally loyal to for close to a decade.. so because of the last vandalism no one even knows they are open and tom sits praying for his loyal customers to keep coming for their propane and spread the word that even vandalized building and no electric for open sign he is still trying to save job with generator. so please show him loyalty to keep his job and take care of his daughter.Thank you.”
“The owner ,Heather, has been very nice and worked with me in the past when I was having a difficult time with payments. The price of the units have gone up recently which I am not entirely fond of but so have alot of things in the economy. Still all in all I haven't had any issues.”
