“Two weeks ago I went to this place for the first time. I said let me try bc a lot of bad experiences en different places. I did the homework before went , to know how is the process about fill the propane tank. I got 6 tanks and everyone weight different went is empty. But my goal was , if on this place, they honest. When im there , I ask few questions to this man. (Jim) curiously im Jimmy. Lol . He answer all the ? Without any aptitude and very professional. Yes make me sense about everything that i read before go there. In conclusion dont go to any gas station to fill your propane tank. They never fill whatever the charge you. Found a place like Matthey Propane Service. Mr Jim waiting for you to give a 5 ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? service. “I cannot speak highly about this location. Another uhaul location in Wisconsin caused a chaotic situation for our move and the manager Heather at this location went above and beyond to help my family with the outcome. The compassion she showed and the patience her and her crew had for my husband and I as upset that I was from the fault of the other place was amazing. When I have to head back to NJ in a few months to get a large truck to move our stuff, I will be going through them. Thank you again, Heather. Your compassion did not go overlooked.”

“I've used this facility on numerous occasions for not only renting trucks, but recently for propane refilling. I've always found them to be courteous and attentive regardless of how many people are waiting. It can get crowded for Saturday morning pickups. From a $10 propane charge to a $200 truck rental, they're very consistent with their customer service.”

“The truck was clean and operational. However, the moving blankets I paid for were disgusting. They came in a sealed bag, so I thought I was getting a clean product. That was not the case. The blankets were damp, visibly dirty and had a terrible smell.
All in all, my experience was good, but U-Haul needs to do better with cleaning their products properly before loaning them out to customers.”
