I I don't know what's going on with the phones at rite aid but the pharmacy phone and kept ringing and ringing and ringing and so I don't know what's going on but they need to fix the machine so other people can get into the pharmacy and get their medication delivered

Grabbed some items. Not a long wait but the cashiers acted as if they never saw a homeless person. Like the dude had ten heads. People these days. Smfh

The first pharmacy on my list to go besides all the other places. The prices are better and cheaper than most other stores. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything you need.

Never come here. Racist employer decided to make up policies on cash back which I was trying to do because I need to feed my kids and I didn’t have a physical card for an atm. THEN an African American (like her) man went in and did the same thing and they allowed it. Employees are rude, harassing and racist

Taking away free delivery was a bad move. You have customers who are disabled, don't drive, and live alone. I depended on that free delivery. I am located 0.1 Mile from them. I'm sure there are many others. At the end of the day, they fail me, no matter how nice they try to be. I'm calling my insurance company and see if they have a pharmacy with the automated service. I used to get my medicine that way from somewhere, and I never found myself out of my medicine. It was terrible when that place closed because now here I am. As a corporation selling medicine, they can definitely afford to have a better system with free delivery.

Excellent service from the pharmacy lately.
Con: it's dark and no lighting by the drive-through. It's dark, and it's very little direction to know how to get to the drive-through anyway. Please address this for client safety and peace of mind.

Love the store but I received my shot record and apparently I received a shot that I wasn’t aware of but I will definitely call tomorrow to get to the root of it. On that day I was supposed to go get a shot pneumococcal and never did. I’m confused
