Frequent this shoprite often! I love the set up of this store! The layout makes alot of sense! Customer service is good and store is always clean! Plenty of motor carts available for the disabled!

I've been a customer for 30 yrs. That changes soon! If I'm paying high prices I want good quality. That I'm not getting. Weekly I throw our fruit and produce because they go bad within a day or two. I see stuff out that should be tossed in the trash , they should've sold. Last week I had mold in the mushrooms. It's too much too go back to store for a refund. Now food on shelves , anywhere from cookies to cereal are expired! WHY?!?! It should be removed. I'm just tired of this crap. So I will shop at Shop Rite on Egg Harbor Rd, next time. Chews Landing not busy anymore, I wonder why??? You lost another customer.

Had never used this pharmacy before, but when we lost prescription coverage and found the free app, GoodRx, if you spend 20$ get gold membership, and ShopRite had the most affordable prices by far. Saved us over a good year near a thousand of dollars.

The store motto is "Where Quality Comes First". This could not be further from The truth regarding customer service. The women that work the customer service desk are NEVER friendly and always seem to be defensive and have a chip on their shoulder. They are all buddies in a click and can often be found talking amongst themselves. If you have a problem and go to the desk and are dealing with one of them often another one will come in to double team you. Recently I was checking out and the 2 Customer Service women come over and stand next to the cashier and literally watch me bag and put bags in my cart instead of helping me out like other employees do at other grocery stores .

I've stopped inside this Shoprite a couple of times during my lunch break to either get something to eat or pick up a couple of grocery items to bring home later. (For lunch, I like their sandwiches and moji sushi) The self-checkout lines go quickly and there's always someone there to help out if people have issues at the register. Also I've gone to customer service and they were really helpful.

Ok, this Shop Rite is getting really bad. I wanted a sandwich to be freshly made at the Cafe, but no one was working. They were all on break in the cafe. If you are going on break, make sure there is someone to cover for you n not someone who has no idea n plays on her phone at the cash register. There was some pre-made sandwiches in the front of the Cafe, but none I liked. I told the manager n he said well, just look for someone n we'll help you or call your in your order. It was a last minute choice. The customer is not going to track someone down. We want to get in n out of the store. Run your business right. He was talking to me with hand signs too. I'm not deaf, nor was he. Customer service needs to improve n stop treating customers badly.

The Pharmacy Manager, Meeta, is wonderful to work with. She goes above and beyond to serve the community. Her friendly personality, willingness to help, and patience is very refreshing. ShopRite Pharmacy is extremely lucky to have her!

I think these employees have to put up with a lot trashy customers that come into the store. I have seen the abuse these employees take from customers who they're high and mighty but the reality is they can't afford to shop at Wegmans. Drop the attitude. Give these employees a break. Many of them work part time and don't get a lot of money for what they do.

Horrible the employees there don't care about the customers awful management deli is very disappointing and disgusting food safety should be a priority but I guess to them it's not that giving out safe food is important

Great store for food, friendly cashiers and management. Organic section has been good for fruits and veggies. Always fresh food and bakery items. Management has been kind and super helpful with anything that I needed. Long lines move through quickly and efficiently. Would recommend shopping here.

I give this supermarket 1 * because I have to in order to write a review. The staff is very rude and the deadly department is extremely rude the person that cuts cold cuts there by the name of John is disgusting. But he's very rude and very dirty. Even though it's a clean quiet store they need to do better with training their staff. And I'm from New York who would have thought coming to a small town Jersey I would see this Behavior Aldi's my new best friend

Love this shoprite Zallies is the best!! Must try their kitchen salad it's the best. Actually most of their prepared food is very good and their desserts are fresh and tasty as well. Wish the shoprite near me was a zallies.
