I just have to say how AMAZING Rebecca is. I am came in the store this afternoon and the store was rather busy. Rebecca took multitasking to a whole new level. She was working with 3 customers at the same time and apologized for the wait. I was having issues with my watch connecting with my phone. She tried to connect it several times and it wouldn't work. She finally called in to Tmobile and was doing all of this while working with other customers. Finally she figured out that my watch was connected to 2 numbers. She did a reset on my watch and finally it was fixed. She made a point to not let me out of the store until she called my phone to make sure my watch was truly connected. She is the best! THANK YOU REBECCA!

Bought the brand new zfold. Heated up & 'manufacturer defect" 2nd day in hand. Resolution?1. Get a refurbished from Samsung but because it's so new? None to send so that option not REALLY an option. (Who wants a refurbished phone when just paid $1,700 for a NEW phone anyway??)2. Since it's only 4 days? I can return the phone, pay $70 restocking fee lol, and lose my $700 'promotion phone i gave in' because they can't get it back.$1700 'NEW' phone?? Yes, filing consumer fraud...

I had Ren and he was FABULOUS. I am a DECADES OLD person refusing to purchase wifi but he was able to get me in on a promotion. He set up EVERYTHING for me and even gave me a free $50 Mastercard Gift Card. It was SO easy. My only regret is not going sooner. Congrats to this young man as his parents raised him VERY well.

I went in to pay my fathers phone bill. This store has the worst customer service. After waiting 15 min I gave up and walked out with out paying the bill. They think people have all day to wait. Verizon is so much better.

This was my FOURTH AT&T store I visited today. None of them had the phone I wanted and the employees at every store but this one were sullen and not helpful. Nikki at this store was friendly and helpful. She truly wanted to help me. She ordered what I wanted and it will be delivered in a week. She said that if I had any questions to contact her, giving me her card, number and extension. I recommend this store. Ask for Nikki!

I thought metro and T-Mobile work together, but they don't , they would not help me with the problem neither could metro,metro pcs doesn't support smart watches anyMore and sent me to the mobile who wouldn't help me unless I bought watch from tmobile.
