My phone was hacked and transactions made overdrafting my account. I did everything I was supposed to do. Accounts were closed and apparently Eva didn't give them all the information they needed and the claim was denied. We're so poor we can only eat thanks to food banks. They are going to take all the money out of my account, overdrafting it again, and making it unusable unless this gets resolved. I am a permanently disabled Healthcare provider due to a medical mistake during my first birth, an emergency C-section. I get a direct deposit from Social Security Disability which I will have to stop or we can't pay our mortgage. Melissa, the manager, and Eva kept telling me I was bothering them because they were just too busy to help me. I opened my account in 1992, am having a medical emergency caused by this and I can't go anywhere until I have this under control. I'm desperately trying to find someone on planet Earth from TD BANK with a soul. So far unsuccessful. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone because they couldn't care less about their customers. I hope it closes and they all lose their jobs. They're not even human.

I have been with PNC Bank for 30 years I had to change Banks because I was consolidating my credit cards which I had all of them through PNC to make a long story short I am with TD Bank in clementon or Gloucester township I think they say all I can say is that every single person in there goes above and beyond the managers fantastic the women over to the right and a man there too I can't think of his name they have helped me because I was scammed and they've all gone above and beyond they make me feel so so good and then today I was trying to get money out of the bank machine and I was trying everything because so far my check hasn't come yet it's a long story one of the accounts said as a courtesy they sent me $20 from the machine now I know it's going to be deducted from my account once I get money in there but just the fact that as a courtesy it's almost like they knew I was out there trying so hard to get money out of one of my accounts and it just like was just like a wow I was so impressed anyways I just really really like that bank and I like all the people in it great job everybody there 🎉🎉

Kudos to TD Bank Customer Service staff named Andrew O. for his excellent customer service when I visited the Blackwood-Clementon branch on Sunday, April 13, 2025. Andrew was very friendly and helpful with my request resulting in a very quick and smooth transaction! I commend Andrew for a job well done! He displayed outstanding customer service far beyond what was expected! Keep up the good works, Andrew! Thanks and have a blessed week!

This Bank is the worst! Horrible service and the CARDS WORK FOR WEEK! Then we are constantly locked out of using the atm. This happens while on vacation and the most inconvenient times. It’s a nightmare just getting our own money out of the bank.
Why? It’s a disgrace. They can’t print cards on site? It’s 2024! I wait weeks for a new card and it never comes. I wait two more weeks and finally I get a card. It’s been a month now.
The card stops working one week after having it. I’m done with TD for good.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in to get my check cashed, ripped it off my payroll statement and signed in front of them. Td policies allow paychecks to be cashed out then deposited so that it will be available immediately. Argued with both the teller and manager because the check didn’t state payroll but it was clearly from my job as I had the statement in front of them. They refused to cash it, being that my account was in the negatives they also told me I could not get a refund on any fees that would occur overnight. Went over to the Haddon Heights branch instead and promptly explained my situation to them, they cashed out my payroll check and deposited it for me as cash in under 6 mins. now THAT is excellent customer service.. do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes, love the heights branch they never fail to help me out!
