Took a few tries to get someone on the phone but eventually happened and the customer service is ok not bad the women told me what happened and that my package will be out for delivery and fixed my issues and concern just like i said it took a longtime to get someone on the phone.

Customer service awful. Was told to go to this post office to resolve mailing issue, NOBODY came to the door when I rang the bell, waited about 20 minutes and still not one person came to the door.

I have been calling the cell phone number given to me by the postal office for about 16 times no one answered. Why have a phone when you don’t have any one to answer the phone.
