“Matt and staff are unbelievable. This shop has quality supplements and Matt has an incredible knowledge to help you in any area you may be looking to get supplements for. Also pricing is way better than places like GNC and Vitamin shop that don't even carry nearly as good brands and products. Optimal is the only place to go!”
“Matt and his wife are knowledgeable about every product in the store. If you are honest and transparent about your goals, they will lead you in the right direction. If you aren’t sure of your goals, that’s okay too! Both can easily help you understand what you’re looking for.
This place has everything for beginner athletes to more advanced athletes.
I highly recommend making this your local nutrition store. Optimal and Rock Bottom are the best nutrition/performance establishments I’ve been to in my life, in any state.”
“The new manager is very knowledgeable and professional. There has been a noticable morale change in the store and it looks very organized since the change in management.”
“I’ve known the shop owner a long time, Jaden, he’s my goat and he recommends the best of the products. Honestly really good customer service and he is always honest”

“Victoria helped me find a lot of different items. She was great from the get go. She had knowledge of the store even after things were moved around. She was very pleasant, and not just to myself, but to everyone who came into the store. I can only hope when I need to shop again I will have her assisting me or someone with as much knowledge. She acknowledged everyone who came in the door, and had a smile for everyone as well. Nice experience in todays world.”

“Not huge on writing reviews but when it’s necessary, I’m doing it! So I visited this smoke shop for the first time since I moved here, and I must say, glad I did!!! I was greeted with a huge welcoming smile by Moe, a Super kind employee, and by far the nicest/most helpful and knowledgeable smoke shop employee ever which to me is huge! Prices and products are also great!! Must go here, totally worth it!!”
“Always friendly and welcoming when entering the shoppe. They ask if they can assist in finding anything and also offer a quick update on specials which was informative and led to me trying new items which were on sale or enabled savings. Great experience!”

“Very nice place. Employees polite and helpful. I'll be going back because they had what I was looking for that no one else did. Always having sales. My new go to vitamin store.”
“Sick store! Connor (guy w the long hair) was really cool and helped me figure out what would be the better deal & told me about their pro system. Kinda insane to get 50% off that frequently!! Helped me realize what I was taking that wasn't working & we figured out what will”

“I went in looking for one product and the store associate agreed that the product I was seeking was very good. However, he pointed me to another product he thought I would be much more satisfied with. I appreciate the wisdom he gave me and look forward to even better results.”
