“We found this pharmacy by chance while desperately searching for a place that could compound a prescription ointment, and it turned out to be such a blessing.

Our baby had severe diaper rash due to diarrhea, with significant redness and skin breakdown. Regular diaper creams were not helping at all. Our doctor prescribed a compounded ointment, but after visiting several pharmacies, we were told none of them could make it.

Our baby was in a lot of pain and crying constantly, which was heartbreaking. Thankfully, this pharmacy was able to help. The pharmacist, Dr. Dave, truly felt like a ray of light in a very stressful moment.

Although the ointment was originally scheduled to be ready the next day, I explained how uncomfortable our baby was and asked if there was any chance we could get it sooner so he could sleep more comfortably. Dr. Dave kindly agreed—and incredibly, he prepared part of the medication within just a little over an hour. I was deeply moved by his compassion and dedication.

I am so grateful to Dr. Dave and the entire pharmacy team for their kindness, professionalism, and empathy. When I picked up the medication, I was rushing because I was worried my baby would cry in the car, so I didn’t get the chance to fully express my thanks in person. “First class service! They found a manufacturer's coupon code to cover the high co-payment for a brand medication. I wasn't aware of the coupon. Another instance of their great service is that when my doctor prescribed medication for a COVID infection, the pharmacist brought the bag to my car. He even offered to wait until I was healthy to collect the co-payment. The staff is mostly the same each day. CVS and Walgreens move people around so much I couldn't keep track of them.”
