I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The girl who worked there on June 10 was rude and dismissive. They lost my package I sent out and she didn’t seem to care. Every time I run into her at this location, she looks miserable. I would rather go couple miles down to the Edgewater location.

Today I went to get a money order for 3000$ mind you I been going to this place for over 7 years to get money order for 8000$ 6000$ 4000$ . There is a new lady never seen before as soon as a walked in there I give her my ID and I ask her for a 3000$ money order she look at my like I’m crazy and tells me she don’t need that . I’m like ah? They always ask me for when I come get my money orders every month. Then she comes out with a whole paper telling I need to fill this up . I’m like really how come everytime I come here they only ask me
For my ID. She keeps telling me I need to fill the paper. I felt because it seems like she don’t know what she’s doing . So I went to the post office in River road Edgewater for the first time and guess what happened. What I thought only thing they needed was my ID because I’m already in the system.

Place has horrible customer service. Fat black chick with fake braids hates her job and makes all the customers feel it. Place wasn't even busy and she would not answer any questions and asked me to stop holding the line up as I filled out the address on the sticker she gave me. Completely rude and should be fired immediately. Horrible experience. I will never go back and rather drive out of town.

Today, Monday, June 24, I went in search of a passport application for my 6-year-old child and unfortunately I was served by an arrogant man who treated us very badly. I am so disappointed in this place. I hope they fire him from work for giving bad attention. We don't deserve that treatment. because the passport we paid for was not a gift for him to treat us that way ??

I think USPS finds no replacement for this guy, always, everything is unrealistically, unfavorably rude and he never seems to greet when you do it properly with a happy face ( eyes rolling ). Need to chug baseball bat through his mouth ! Rest of the employees are super nice

I agree with a lot of people here, that guy Chris has a serious attitude problem ! And the young black girl next to him, the same thing, very very rude ! I say throw them both in the back they should not be working with the public they are too immature !

Cris is by far the worst person to work at a customer facing job. Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve witnessed myself people go out of their way to be polite to him and he was extremely rude back. If you have a question or did not complete something correctly, prepared to be met with condescension and hostility.I advise any person who needs to go to the post office, please avoid this location at all costs due to Chris. I’m in disbelief this man continues to have a job berating customers on a daily basis…how? Judging by the similar reviews, my experience is not an outlier. Hopeful someone who cares will escalate this to leadership.
