I have been on hold for over 13 minutes and it keeps saying pharmist is busy. Please hold on . Only trying to refill a prescription that absolutely says 1 refill left, hower automated system says they can't refill. I called my Dr office since I had only been there a week ago and they assured me they spoke to them after I left his office. This is not the first time with lack of communication with this pharmacy. Definitely looking for another pharmacy. Enough is Enough

9:30 am appointment got there 9:17 and wait for more than 45 minutes to get a shot when I don’t see anyone in line. Worst service ever

The only reason it’s still open is convience, otherwise it would have closed a long time ago. Staff is rude, store is poorly stocked and pharmacy takes forever with errors constantly.

Service is terrible. The woman who works at the register, with black hair and glasses, hides her badge so we don't see her name, she's terrible and rude. She said she doesn't cover the photo and document printing section. Even so, she kept pretending to look for it (in the wrong place, because I had already gone to print a few days before). She was always ill-willed and rude, saying that she didn't work in that sector so I asked her to call whoever worked because she was wasting my time. She requested help, told the other employee that I was there for the prints and that I said she wasn't helping, that's why she called him, she would take care of the other customer who was there. This other employee, decided to take the other customer who arrived after me, and when I warned him, he still didn't answer me, he said that I was telling him to ignore the other customer, and I never said that. I asked to get my prints because I was there before, but he didn't do. They made me wait around 25 minutes there, makingfaces, rolling their eyes. I was printing documents to apply for my son's MEDICARE. When I checked the printouts, pages were missing while others were repeated. What a nightmare. NEVER GO THERE IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO PRINT. They treat you badly, it's always messy, time consuming and always wrong. I alreadyhad problems there before , but it's the closest place to my house where I could go walking. DON'T THINK TWICE AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE. At this Walgreens, you pay, you get poor service, they take forever and they still deliver your wrong prints.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This store is disgusting. Boxes everywhere and in the way and the staff all look like they hate life. ?? Rite aid was better. ✌️

Parking around here is a bit problematic, but the staff here are phenomenal and super conscious. One example out of several - I was picking up prescriptions for my mom as well as buying her some household necessities. She was standing next to me as I was loading her bags and I suppose that the cashier realized who it was actually for. When I got home and saw the receipt email I realized that I was given a senior discount without even asking for it. Times are tough right now so the 17$ I saved because of the cashier's presumption really went a long way. Thank you.Edit: I should also mention that the pharmacy staff were very friendly and accommodating to my mom and her questions. I am sincerely surprised to see the negative reviews about the pharmacy. I am sure that they are legitimate for those people's experiences but mine was not like that at all.

Just bought Delsum medicine . After giving it to my kid noticed that it has expired back in February( now we are in late May ) this is unacceptable !!!!!! Usually i never check medicine that i just bought but now i definitely will !
