I just visit the Cliffside Park branch and he ATM is out of service (again) and it’s so upsetting and frustrating. I drove from a far distance and branch is close and ATM is broken.

I had a great experience with the staff at this location and truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provided. There was a problem with our account that I thought could not be fixed. Calling the 800 number didn't leave me with much hope- so I decided to visit this branch. Everyone was super friendly and quickly resolved the issue. I'm so thankful for their help!

0--ZEROOOO. WORST BANK EVER. When I arrived at the bank branch around 3:49pm, the manager informed me that they were unable to assist me with opening a new account because they were preparing to close. Despite being the manager, he mentioned that his only available banker was on a personal call and couldn't help. This happened even though the bank does not close until 5:00pm. The manager even claimed that it takes over an hour to open an account, whereas in reality it usually takes about 20 minutes. I was disappointed that customers were being turned away simply because the staff wanted to go home. This kind of unprofessional and rude behavior has made me decide never to return to that bank again. The way they conducted business was not up to standards.

First time at this branch. Extremely slow. Be prepared to wait in line. They didnt even have the exchange I needed. Tried calling earlier in the day at work and they didnt answer their phones. Wish I went to a different location. Ive been a member for over a decade and Im thinking of switching banks after witnessing a decline at all of their locations.

I was having issues opening a checkings account online. After visiting this branch i was able to open a different account that better suited me thanks to Christians help, personal banker at this branch. Thank you.

Terrible bank In Cliffside Park I went today to get important documents out of the safe deposit box it was closed sign says temporarily closed I called wellsfargo main office they don’t even know they are closed in Cluffside Park Nj they said go to another branch what idiots the safe deposit is in Cliffside Park if I was you I would pull your money out they can close at anytime they don’t even notify you I’m calling the banking commission half hour on the phone to talk to someone how do you close a bank without notification and the main office knows nothing scary they will close and keep your money

Worst bank ever , work with them to refinance my property they waste my time , im really blaming my self choosing this kind of banks , service bad , dont answer the call, they assign a lady from arizona with different timezone , she all the time asking to send her same files for 2,3 times , then underwriter said we dont believe , they give mortgage's according to there believes not to what they receive doc.

Every time I go to the cliffside park location l, it is always close. Today I went to that location and they closed the bank because the system was down. I went lo the Fort Lee location and they were open and the system was down as well. They helped me with my deposit directing me to the ATM. I think they don’t want to work because the are always closed. Cliffside Park is always closed. Unacceptable.

On June 16, I sent a check for my salary via cell phone.
In my emails they inform me that I have the funds available, however when I wanted to make some payments on Saturday I realized that I did not have enough funds; I contact customer service and they inform me that the check is on hold due to insufficient funds in the check account.
I contact my boss and she shows me her account statement and observed that the check was cashed by Wells Fargo to Valley on June 17 and that the account has funds after cashing, which suggests that there were funds when cashed. I called Wells Fargo customer service again and told the officer that my boss's account DOES have funds and he told me that the check is under investigation and that he will make a request for the bank to give me money since the another account showed the money had been given to Wells Fargo; On Monday, upon observing that my account did not have the funds, I started my claim and they informed me that the check was blocked, I put the Wells Fargo officials and the Valley manager in touch so that they would officially know that the check had been cashed and that for that date there were funds, however it was not taken into account and that I had to wait until Thursday because they did not yet have the funds and that for the "protection" of my account they tried to cash the check up to two times to see if there were any. funds or if there are none, then if they make the refund, then I waited until Thursday, in the meantime the Valley sent me an image of the check being cashed.

Great staff. But atm is always out of order for deposit. ALLWAYS broken for deposit. Try fort lee or north Bergen not cliffside
