I ordered an 18-pack of beer, but it arrived unrefrigerated. Why would I want hot beer delivered?

Wine & Food Mart always has a good selection of the wines that we like, and delivery is prompt. We recently had an issue with a bottle of wine, but Darshan resolved the issue quickly and courteously!
