“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“Great service. The Clerk there no. 28, unfortunately forgot her name, really helped & noticed that I forgot to add the return paper for an amazon package so I went back home to get it.. which was really important for my return to be completed. Additionally she was nice & smiling.”

“The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and kind. They take the time to be informative to customers about the different options to mail packages, are patient with difficult customers and overall have a positive vibe. This is a major departure from the staff a few years ago. I actually enjoy coming here to mail my packages! Lexie specifically is always positive and helpful, but the whole staff is great.”

“This is my local Post Office. It is near so the neighbors do not need to go another mile to get to another Post Office. It is really convenient. The mails get to me in time almost without exception. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood so it is not as busy as other big Post Offices. Get to know the staff and you should enjoy doing business with them.”
“I was in this post office this morning. Normally I drop the package and leave but today I need some help so I asked for it. The lady (Gloria) listened to my situation and explained to me the options. At the end, the problem was solved in a very efficient way. It's a great experience!
This post office used to be the worst around this area (about 7 or 8 years ago) due to one very rude lady. But things have changed dramatically after the lady left.”

I had such a great experience with Inez! She handled everything I needed perfectly and made the whole process quick and easy. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and even had a great sense of humor, which made the experience that much better. It’s refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people and does it with such a positive attitude. Inez is a wonderful USPS employee and deserves all the recognition. “This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”
“I don’t know these reviews are so low but I’m a local Sayreville resident and I always go here as a reliable usps. I once came unprepared and I was still treated and serviced with respect and empathy.”
“This facility is my first choice for a post office as it is not far from where I live. Though this post office can use an upgrade/ renovation, the older gentleman who works at the counter is super sweet and very helpful. He is more pleasant than the other female representative who works at the counter. Overall, the team at this post office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There are times I arrive at this post office at closing and they still service me, which is very appreciated.”

“The two clerks (mid age gentlemen and younger female with short hair) at the front are very helpful, kind, and thorough. I've had multiple pleasant experiences with them and watched them handle others with respect. With these two, respect is given upon first sight. So happy to have them serving the community I live in. “Went there to mail out a package. The clerk told me he has no money and only credit card or ATM cards will be accepted. I needed to add some tape to secure box and price of the $4.99 is kinda steep but I used my card and purchased it. The was only one person in there. Took care of my business and left. The clerk was very busy and my opinion toy should have 2 people there. Services were done with a smi,e but I can see the guy was tired. He did a great job taking care of all his customers.”
