When I signed up the staff was super friendly and professional which is why I went with them. Unfortunately, after two months the first rent increase came in at $10 a month more. When I spoke to the office they said, yes, it goes up every 3-4 months. That's insane, if I was told this upfront I would not have taken the unit. I expected that rate to be for at least one year. Time to find another place.

I cannot thank the employees at iStorage for their assistance. I was in a pinch and honestly knew nothing about storage. Lauren and Jeremy were extremely knowledgeable and were able to cater to my needs. I will be recommending this to anyone I know!

Great service. Fast signup and Lauren and Jeremy are great. I would recommend to everyone i know. Unit is clean and gate is easy to use.

Have used i storage on county road many times and never had an issue there's always somebody at the front desk during hours that is going to help from parallel to other storage units the price is pretty accurate and pretty easy to find. They offer hand trucks if needed you get a pin to enter the storage lot and you provide your own lock and key, very easy to find your storage room. Great customer service line so if you need assistance you can reach someone at any time of day or night.

Let me start with my problems are with Istorage's pay bill online service NOT with this location. Jason is ALWAYS extremely helpful. Unfortunately this company changes their system so much, it locks you out of the pay online service. Every late fee I've paid has been bc THEY changed the system & again on Oct 3rd at 7pm when I went to pay my bill online once again I could not sign in. I took pictures of the screen's message to prove I tried but they don't care. If you do not have time to call the call center to then get transfered to this location to pay your bill over the phone during their business hours, You might want to shop around & look for a place with a more reliable pay online system. Every late fee I've gotten has been bc of them changing their system AGAIN. I know they read these so please go look at my accoun, when i was late & match that up to when you've changing your systems & tell me I'm lying. I did not RUSH to pay the bill on the 4th I paid today bc I've been busy. And it already had the late fee so why rush?

Because IStorage Self Storage Jeremy deliberately locked me & my bestfriend in the storage facility.Property Managers cell# 339-223-3719, is under jersey shore power wash!Main office # 732-789-1953,( Rochelle,NJ) inaccurate!732-360-5699, whom texts you leaves no name & whom texted a customer!Jeremy,knew we had to transfer our storage unit from 1 side of the building ,to the 3 rd buildng, Jeremy , maliciously locked us both in the storage facility,left abruptly, @ 6pm last night, he dropped the storage keys by the front door where a customer first walks in! We want Jeremy,reprimanded & fired for unprofessional internal misconduct violating ADA of local accomodations

It’s been over 3 months and the lift gate is still not working. Renters of the 2nd floor are still being charged the full amount even they can bring items up or down. Can I file a lawsuit if I fall down while carrying heavy items on the staircase? How hard is it to fix this issue? Why do I need store items in my car if I’m paying for storage? Do not rent here if you’re assigned a 2nd floor unit!!
