The worst...they sent this young kid to do my eye tests ...he didn't even act like he wanted to be there..smh..tells me to put my chin on the machine..I looked at him and asked aren't you supposed to wipe the head n chin rest..he gets a wipe and wipes down all 3 ma Hines with the same lil wipe..ugh..I told him he should be using separate wipes (I mean I wasn't gonna complain n I was nice) ..after that got sent to wait on doc to go over results. I get to thefront ..there we had 3 girls ..the same kid chilling at one computer doing nothing but lookin at me crazy..one girl sat down playing something (video) loud on phone..the other girl basically ACTED AS IF she was doing something on the monitor..never addressed me..they made sure to have me wait until the girl finally says with an attitude how much I owe and where to find the machine to swipe card. This place sucks! Was never like this.. and etc... Ill never! #needsacleanup #badattitudes #theworstplaceCORPORATE IS NEEDED NOW!!!!!

Shayla ,was amazing ,very tentative and knowledgeable, and explained my prescription to my understanding and also help me to choose another pair of glasses, all your employees are wonderful.

Came here last year to get some new glasses. Customer service was really good and I got my glasses within 2 weeks. So, this year I decided to get the eye exam. Glad I did! Very informative exam. Nice people

I’ve been going here for my eye check-up, and glasses, since i live in the neighborhood. Friendly doctors, but sometimes some of the front desk clerks are moody and it seems they don’t feel going to work, especially when you come early in the morning. I don’t know, maybe they need their morning coffee or something. A little smile can change a lot.

Great doctor and technician, BUT the customer sales, NOT really!. I found the place online and created an profile, I was able to put 2 pairs of glasses on my cart and created two (2) FREE eye exam appointments for those preselected glasses, today everything was okay with eye both exams and Doc, Tech however when we finished a sells girls came to us and said if you want the free eye exam you have to pick FOUR 4 pairs of glasses otherwise pay for the exams. I showed them that I had everything ready to order online, and the exams were already uploaded for me to make the order, and then her coordinator just got in the computer and deleted my order, exams and even my online access password violating my privacy rights, they never let me order my 2 pair of glasses that I selected online or in the store. I'll present a formal complaint to the company for it, they made me lose 4 hours of my precious family weekend.

Worst customer service and lady in front at reception has no atticates how to talk with the customer, she is busy in work and have no time to talk. One of the worst outlets (Clifton, NJ) (Date visited - 06/03/23) ever seen of Americas eyes best glasses.

America’s Best on Kingsland in Clifton NJ is the best of all of the America’s Best. They are courteous and knowledgeable and care about your eye wear needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere but to this location because they are just the best!

Excellent customer service! Fast shipment!My first time at the Clifton American Best location. Associate Stephanie has always been helpful, patient and courteous. Wheth I placed my order with Stephanie, picked up my new glasses and she patiently assisted me with any inquiries I had. I placed a second order for the lenses, which Stephanie assured me would not be an issue to process. Throughout my return trips, Stephanie has patiently helped fit my new glasses. I told her I'd write a review, because each time I've come, Stephanie has patiently answered all of my questions and has demonstrated excellent customer service. I hope she is acknowledged for being resourceful and a credit to your establishment.

I had a horrible experience with too much to go into. I emailed corporate and they had the manager reach out to me. Went back for contact trials after speaking with Stephanie who seemed very nice. Again, as with my first complaint, this place is filled with bad attitudes from those who handle the pick up's of glasses. I never heard from corporate, nor did I get a response from them. I gave it a second chance but that is it for this company.

Worst experience ever ! My husband booked an appointment for two and they only wanted to see him ,no interest make business by taking care of both because supposedly no slot but place wasn't even full and later after my husband fill out the paperwork and sat to wait they came back to us and said that he didn't have coverage with them made us go outside call the insurance company to find out we are in network with them ,we were so mad and disgusted about their lack of professionalism we decided not to come back ever and left ,this shop should close down workers lack charisma, customer service, humanity and above all the will to work for the people .

I went to this location 4 times.1st)got my vision test and eye glasses ordered2nd) pick up pair from 1st visit.3rd) To replace defected lens from initial purchase4th To replace the replaced defected lens from 2nd time.Took 3 attempts to get a perfect pair. The entire process took me 5 weeks. I honestly don’t know who to be upset at. At least they were willing to work with me for multiple attempts.

Went to this location expecting better service. First, they do not carry astigmatism contacts at all. Waited 2 weeks so far just for the fitting. I still don’t have the prescription. They leave you on hold forever and the doctor told me she couldn’t give me a prescription for dry eye and I have to wait 3 months. Then, the receptionist tell me there is a 3 month back order for the drops. I’m currently on hold right now just to find out if my contacts are in

I called ahead of time to let them know I was running late due to an accident that had my sat for an hour, was given a 10 minute grace period, which was fine. I had just stepped out my car as soon as the clock struck 1:11 to get a text saying my appointment was canceled. So, just be mindful of that. Would have understood if I was even 5 minutes late, but 1?

I went there for a full eye exam. I highly recommend doing full eye exam. It is always better to have full results in your records. The doctor, Gulsah Kilic Ozbay, was very nice, friendly and helpful. She mentioned things that my previous doctors did not which helped me a lot. If you care about your eyes I definitely recommend seeing her. Also, staff was very nice too. They make reminder calls before your appointment and they help you with your needs. I would also advise getting there at least 10 minutes early for paper work and pre examination.
