Staff members are very helpful. Angel has been extremely helpful, he assisted me in obtaining new lines, and Marco is great at resolving issues and he is very passionate to help the customers.

The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Marcos, the manager went out of his way to give us exceptional customer service and make sure the other employees were attentive. This store is also corporate and a one stop shop

I went to AT&T store and the representative check my profile and she told me that I am not eligible for new phone and ask me to come back in the first week of February.
I was already waiting for three months for new phone as per previously communicated by AT&T only. But they denied again after 3 months.
So I called customer loyalty to see how they can help and the Loyalty team told me that they can see in the system I am eligible for a phone upgrade. Not sure why store denied you because I can see in system you are eligible for new phone .
Later they book my phone online in the same call and delivered to me in two days.

ATT got me mad this past weekend. I went to their local store to upgrade my iphone Xs Max to a 16 Pro Max, and it was only through casual conversation that the rep told me that because our son (who's line is also on my account) is a medical practitioner, I can get 25% decrease on my entire monthly bill (there are 4 lines in my account). He's been a practitioner for the past 5 years, but apparently we had no practical way of knowing about that benefit, and they won't refund the discount we would have gotten had we known about the benefit back then. We thought it was pretty sneaky for such a huge benefit to exist without the customers who it applied to knowing about it until it happened to come up in casual conversation years later. (Note, the actual rep, Chris, was excellent!)

Don’t go to this store they are misleading. I went for a phone upgrade and While I was there they offered to change my Direct TV to Stream and they mentioned that I was going to save on my bill. It never happen plus they offered me a gift card to switch and they lied! I called several times and they always give me the run around. I am done with this place they lost a customer!

They stole 2 phones that i traded . And haven't get my credit for it.
Over a year ago. Calling and texting them almost every day. Marco hi is the manager and like 4 months i been texting him and calling him and no responding back to me.
