“So far hasn't been a good experience placed an order Tuesday night 10/28 didn't receive confirmation till 10/29 at 6:47 pm item showed it should be delivered in 1-2 days to my location 10/30 it started processing and today no movement so we shall see what happens will update review once I receive it but honestly I assumed it would of shipped out by now being i placed the order Tuesday... So now we wait UPDATE received my order about 1 est Saturday no damage perfect fit they're update system is wonky but they're shipping times are super fast”

“Picked up a low mileage JDM EJ253 for my daily 06 Impreza to replace the old one that kicked the bucket and lost compression at 240k miles.
Good, professional people here selling good clean engines. They let me pick the one I wanted off their shelf and they loaded it up into my minivan to bring home.
As a former Subaru tech, before installing I took the heads off so I can replace the head gaskets with MLS ones for preventative maintenance (because it's a Subaru lol), the engine has the cleanest internals of any used engine I've ever seen. There was, however, a slight manufacturer defect with one of the heads spotted that ended up needing to be addressed by my machine shop which costed a few extra bucks but was no big deal since I was getting them heads decked for the new gaskets anyways. (Note to all who may want to do the head gaskets yourself, I wound up voiding my 90 day engine warranty by taking the engine apart myself. READ THEIR FINE PRINT, BE AWARE). I'm glad I decided to do the gaskets preemptively.
I re-assembled and installed the new engine and it's running like a top.
Give these guys business if you need an engine. Just make sure you look at it before hand since it's still used!
To all curious of what is needed for my EJ JDM engine swap, all of the timing gears from my original engine, my original intake (that I painted) and my original coolant crossover pipe were all that I needed to swap over to make it work.”

“I am very appreciative of this business.The service manager at our local dealership was not very forthcoming, refusing to tell me over the phone what a typical range was for replacement of an exhaust part (flex joint section) I knew needed replacing, instead insisting that they run it up on the hoist for $75 to tell me what I already knew. And to top it off, the dealer price of the part (from online research... the service manager would not tell me) was TRIPLE what Time sold it to me for. And as far as I can see, the material - 490 stainless - is the same, and looks completely OEM comparable.For anyone who can do these jobs themselves, pocket the $400 extra (that's what I estimate the dealership premium would have been) it would have cost you and take your significant other out to a five star restaurant. Dealership service departments are not in the business of charging fairly for repairs. They are the "convenience store" price gougers of the auto repair industry.Time not only sold me a well made part, but at a very reasonable price, with reasonable shipping and including the gaskets. The part was promptly shipped. I could not be any more satisfied.Update:Doing some additional inquiry, I discovered that the part alone from the dealer was in the thousand dollar range, and who knows how much they would have charged to install it. Wow, I knew a big part of the dealerships' bottom line was now more in the service department, not in sales, but this is ridiculous.”
