I walked in with a ton of questions about Porsche 911s—different models, reliability, maintenance, what to look for, and which direction I should go with my next car. Jhon was incredibly patient and took the time to answer every single question. At no point did I feel rushed or like he was trying to sell me anything.
What impressed me most was that after talking with Jhon, he actually made me pivot from the 911 I originally thought I wanted. After many years of taking my 2015 Lexus to the dealership, I realize how ineffective their staff and overall cost was. I’m so glad I found him because he went above and beyond to not only take care of the issue with the brakes and rotors, but he also had excellent communication and a completely fair price for the work.
