Hands down the worst auto parts store I’ve dealt with in my 23 years working on cars. I’ve been in there 3 or 4 times and will not go back. It’s a shame because I live across the street.
Line all the way to the door and 1 person is helping a guy order 20 parts. At least 3 other people standing around, doing nothing.
One girl was talking about getting her nails done and drinking coffee. Another is stocking shelves. The last was doing nothing at all.
The whole time, the phones are ringing and ringing. The guy in front of me walked out too. New management needed asap.

No one in this store values your time at all. They stand around while 1 person does everything. They will stand right in front of you having a personal conversation while ignoring the fact that there is 10 people on line. I walked next door and got the cleaning products. I know better for next time now.

This auto parts store sucks. Very unorganized. The cashier is the same person who helps customers out on the parts department. So if youre there just to buy something off the shelf you have to wait in the parts department line. Also I went to have my battery checked and the person told me to hang on a second because she had to take care of customers who were behind me. Told me to stand aside not to far or they would forget about me. Very unprofessional. If I am in line waiting for their service, I expect them to help me in the order I came in. I quickly left the store and went to Advanced Auto where they quickly offered to help me.. they should prioritize and should have help readily available for a customer in need. Not have them wait until they feel like it

I went in looking for a low beam and high beam bulb for my car and Yazan was EXTREMELY helpful!! Not only did he help me choose the correct bulbs but he also assisted me with switching out the old ones on my car. I am super grateful and satisfied with this store and Yazan’s customer service!!!
