Starting with the Mr parking assistant , being welcome with the warmest smile and then the most professional team lead by Jossue Bonilla this was the best bank visit experience.

This Bank of America branch has the double whammy of having terrible parking and awful service. No matter when I go (even mornings on a weekday), the parking lot is full. Once you go in, you often get no service. The lines are long for everything (the tellers to the other staff). The atms often don't work. I am actively considering switching to another bank althogether.

I think the management in this place changed, compared with my previous meetings this one was the best, the service they provided was 10000% excellent, I would like to thank Sinthia for her work, she was extremely kind and helpful with everything from A to Z, I definetely will choose Bank of America again and recommend this branch thanks to her.

Aaarghh! Just when I thought things got better here...no one can get into the ATMs because the scanner won't work. And there was a guy inside the bank who ignored everyone and wouldn't open the door. There isn't another BofA for miles! So annoying. I don't understand why they can't whip this branch into shape or open a better one near by. There are literally streams of people in and out of here all the time.

Parking should not be an issue if you park on Clifton Ave. which you're allowed to do! It would be nice if they had more tellers; I'm retired so it doesn't affect me but other people deserve to be served faster - cops will give tickets out if you park on St James Place- don't try parking in bank parking lot across the street- just park on Clifton Ave and it's a short walk to the bank I never have a problem any time of day!- don't waste your time trying to park in their tiny parking lot- you'll only get frustrated- workers inside are fairly nice

Parking is absolutely terrible. They should have the parking lot from the other bank open for Bank of America since more customers go here more. If they had more parking, it would be more enjoyable to go to the bank and not have to worry about parking every time. It's a shame.

I opened a business account in this location today and I couldn't be more satisfied. Jay was very helpful, fast and efficient. I have an 11:30 appointment and didn't wait that long to get attended and only took me 30 minutes to get everything done. He explained everything about the account and gave me different options. I was so reluctant to come to this branch due to bad reviews, I am just glad that it was not what I experienced.

Made an appointment for 10am and was greeted with a line? Don't know why they make me make an appointment if they're not going to come out and keep things organized. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would....the parking lot to the slowness sucks!!!! It's always a miserable experience.
