I went to the store today looking for Jomaira , that works there. I was with my kids from Florida and I wanted to buy some clothing for them. I asked the person that was working there if Jomaira was working today. Her reply could not have been more rude. With a very bad attitude she told me no , she was not working today. Again I Ask her what was her schedule and she replied, I'm sorry, but I'm not allowed to give you that information .I am a business manager for Bloomingdale's Fine jewelry department . I have been in retail for 40 years of my life. I have manage many stores. what I can say about this person is she shouldn't be working in retail. She never even asked me. How can she help me? I was basically thrown out of the store with her reply. I am sorry for this bad review. But I will never come to shop at this location knowing that they hire people like this . I can't imagine that the store would be making any business with employees like this .

We wanted to make a purchase of a particular pair of shoes that we saw on line, but they were not available at that time in any of the stores. We called all the stores in our area to check. It was a call to the Clifton location that we spoke with Nichole who went out of her way to walk us through the process of ordering the shoes online. Her patience was so appreciated. She is an asset to your company.

For the past 6 years I have been a loyal customer to this carters. It is the one closest to where I live. I've never had an issue until recently. I purchased $130 worth of merchandise for my two small children whom were there with me. The cashier forgot to bag one of the items. After getting home and noticing the missing item, I called the store. The manager at the time AMELIA lied and said that because she wasn't at the store at the time of purchase, there was nothing she could do to help me. However she was there at the time of my purchase. She was actually training the cashier that handled my purchase. I then go back to the store and she tells me that there is nothing she can do for me. That if I left an item behind, they may have already put it back on the floor so she cannot give me the item nor my money back. She was extremely rude and dismissive. she even grabbed my receipt and asked the cashier if she remembered scanning the missing item. As if I were telling a lie! Horrible customer service skills! I would never shop at that store again!

Is it just me or is this place never open? You check the hours online and go and inevitably the doors are locked as they have a new season schedule, no lights, or their registers are down. I'm giving up on this place and just ordering online!

I frantically called this carters location in dire need of white “baptism looking” shoes for my daughter an hour before they were closing (the baptism is Tomorrow!!! We had shopped at a fancy baptism boutique store and they gave us the wrong size, which I didn’t realize until the night before the big day)JOSEPH at carters was AMAZING!!!! Completely calmed me down and said “don’t worry I got you, these shoes are taking to me and they are saying baptism! And I know these will be the right size for her”My husband ran to go pick them up. Joseph was so professional, kind, sweet and saved my daughters (and my) BIG DAY! Thank you so much to Joseph the manager. Wow. Give this guy a raise. Outstanding customer service. Very well spoken and charismatic! ❤️ Ps. Shoes look great and fit perfect !

Super organized! They didn't have all the sizes that I wanted as it in the middle of Summer and I was shopping for bathing suites. But they can order the size you want and ship it to you for free. Just takes a week. Curb side also available.

I went through the store knowing what I needed so I didn’t ask for help, I took my stuff to the register and the employee was very rude, with an attitude and she never said a word not even thank you I think her name is Nicole. whatever I’ll never be back at this store

This past weekend I went there to return some items that I had purchased online and some that were purchased for me. Overall interaction with the staff there was extremely negative, one staff member in particular was very rude and snide and very unhelpful. I love Carter's I'm a big advocate for the quality of their clothing but this store and the people who work here are extremely rude and not helpful for considering that it's a children's store. As a healthcare professional in the midst of a pandemic this is the last thing I needed was a negative interaction attempting to return clothes for my daughter. ? Extremely displeased. I will never shop at the store again I'm intentionally going to drive an hour out of my way to ensure that I never have to interact with such a negative unhappy set of people at a children's clothing store which is just a shame.

Little regard/space for social distancing. Had tiny sign on door to say they were at capacity that most missed. They really need someone at the door to monitor capacity. Tried to shop but left due to the amount of people in the store.

Very poor customer service. We walked in @ 6:45pm and were told to “we are closed” by ignorant and unprofessional staff. Will never shop here again. I’m going to contact corporate office.

Always great place to shop for infants , toddlers and children clothing. Great prices and selection with phenomenal quality.
