Staff is rude and unprofessional. I never experienced this kind of treatment, I had opened chase bank for almost 2 months and went to change my pin and then the girl at the front desk told me it’s been closed for 2 years. She didn’t have patience and just wanted to get rid of me. I will not bank with chase because of this treatment.

Rude women with attitudes. Just by asking questions they immediately cut you off and not even try to help. On the cell phones cackling and giving rude looks. No thanks.

Literally just left the branch. My husband and I went in to set up our joint account and they refused to help us because “it takes time.” We understand that it’s almost 5pm however we both are district managers in the wireless industry and I would not tolerate my team ever walking a customer because it’s getting near closing time.

I think her name was Rachine. She did a great job of taking care of me and calming me down. My cards were stolen but she and the rest of her staff did a great job putting out a fraud alert and being able to send me new cards. I was a nervous wreck and very upset but after talking to Rachine, my nerves were calm and I was able to get through my day. Thank you to Rachine and the rest of the staff at this Chase for reassuring me that I was protected, my money wasn’t lost and that I’ll get my cards back again.

Best Chase Bank branch I've ever been to, Giovanni was very kind and helpful when he assisted me in opening my account, he helped me set up direct deposit and gave very helpful advice on my credit score. Rhicia was also very kind and patient, she was very nice and friendly and definitely made for a great experience.

As far as banks go I've had fairly good experiences here. As the teller is going to be very courteous. I've also had a few overdraft fees taken off simply by asking which is really appreciated.Apparently they don't do personal loans anymore, so they're more of a place to cash my check than anything.

Was told by one representative that I would be helped and when someone became available to discuss my situation, I was told to come back TWO HOURS LATER. That I needed an appointment when one was never necessary. Get your act together CHASE

Giovanni Mendez - This guy don’t know what he is doing. Chase Should not allow him to talk to their business clients.Ranting about his co- worker saying Jeancarlos is a non reliable employee & never come to work on time & stuff.There are some paperwork emailed to him prior to me getting there on my appointment. When asked he said without even looking at his computer I did not get it. Once told to check said he see the email but can not open it because if chase bank policy !!Was there to open my 5 th Chase business account. Also told me that I should go to other bank because he can not open account for me.I did go to other branch and open a account.

Would not allow a cash deposit into my wifes account even with the same last names on our ID. Our mortgage is due in a few days and she cannot leave the house due to Covid. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
