Great experience at Chico's in Clifton today. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Applied discounts and coupons, which brought down my cost significantly. Walked away happy with purchases and experience.

Ordered 3 tees for pickup at 10 am. I got an email that they were working on my order. At 4pm I arrived at the store which was empty! and they said they had been too busy to fill the order, right! Turns out one item that was supposed to be in stock wasn’t. Then followed an endless salesperson trying to figure out the order including discounts on the computer. I gave up. I have been a customer for many years, no more.p.s. Customer service told me to call the store. No way!

Ordered a blouse online for store pickup. Aside from the order confirmation email, in 24 hours never received another communication. Called the Clifton store to find out they didn't have the item, and they don't notify you if the item is unavailable. Horrible website and worse online ordering.

Just this week I was looking for the blue raffia clutch that was on sale for $49, and called various stores. Clerks at other stores were not very friendly nor helpful. One barely responded to me. When I called this store, the clerk was super helpful and efficient, found the item and had it shipped to me promptly. I wish I could remember her name, but from the description of the order it would be easy for her manager to find her. I applaud this store for having wonderful staff like the lady who answered my call. Thank you, you made my day! And love the clutch!

Top notch staff extremely willing to assist you with no pressure. Easy exchange policy. Busy shopping mall, morning is best, however they open at 11am. On the pricey side..look for sales and become a member for additional savings. Sizes are completely different than other US stores. They cater to small sizes so be sure to try on. Look up size chart online prior to purchasing gifts!

OMG I LOVE CHICO'S!!!The staff at this location is AMAZING! Sharon was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and professional!!!I got to meet the managers from the Woodcliff Lake and Paramus stores today, as well, when they came in to do they own shopping. WONDERFUL women!Bought myself a BUNCH of stuff, as well as a gift for my BFF. I forgot to ask for a gift box ?♀️.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CHICO'S ❤ ? ? ❣ ? !!!
