I’ve been bringing my two dogs, Lily and Coco, to Clips n Snips for grooming, and I’m always impressed with the results. The staff is incredibly attentive and makes sure both dogs are comfortable throughout the process. Lily and Coco always leave looking amazing—whether it’s a simple trim or a full grooming session, their coats are soft and perfectly styled. The team truly cares about each pet and their specific needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable grooming services

Complicated practice. Unsure if they're trying to be a pretentious operation. Attempted to be a new client, called told them our dogs name and that he was adopted, so the name on his rabies document was his adopted name. When we arrived they said they couldn't accept him.
So basically solution is to call back as a new client, lie about our dogs name so they can accept him? Complicated.

Although they were friendly, I guess they do not know how to cut poodle mixes hair. I took my cockapoo for his first grooming here and we are very disappointed. I understand that they said he was tangled, although I disagree that he was, but for the price that we paid they could have worked with him and tried to do their best to not just shave. They charged me way over the price they said they were going to charge me and I am very unhappy. They could have called me and told me that they were going to shave him. Now I have to wait for my cockapoo’s hair to grow back and hopefully he gets his curls/waves. Maybe they didn’t have the patience? I would have loved for them to keep his curls and have them worked with his hair relating to his breed.

I loved this place but I sent my dog for a hair cut the other day and they did my baby so bad. They shaved his hair down so bad and my dog was so fluffy they made it seem like they just wanted to get rid of him and charged me almost 100 dollars for making my poor dog literally bald .They could’ve left him more hair but instead they shaved it down really bad .Very disappointed and won’t be going there again

We have been coming here for about a year for our Standard Size Goldendoodle, he is about 70 lbs. We live very close so it was convenient. However as our puppy grew, they began adding dematting charge which we understood. But on one occasion we brought him in and they said that he is too matted and that they will only take him if they shaved him. Since they are the "professionals" we agreed to shave. Now that his hair has grown, they AGAIN said that they will need to shave him or we have to detangle/dematt ourselves at home or they will not accept him, We felt him and he only had little tangles no matting. We declined and went to another location where they were amazing, did not mention ANYTHING about matts or tangles and he came out perfect.If this place does not want to service our dog because of his size, then we at least would appreciate honesty. Very unprofessional especially that they said in order for them to do anything we would have to "DO THEIR JOB" basically and demat/detangle and bring him back. Absolutely unacceptable.

I've had my cat bathed there twice and both times there was no issue. The staff are very nice and the pick up and drop off process is quick and easy.
