Raneisha has made the entire storage process a breeze for me.As soon as I showed up, she explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face.Really great person with great customer service. We visited Columbia Self Storage today. We were pleasantly greeted by Raneisha who was very helpful and thorough. We decided to rent a space. We have been to other places but Raneisha’s customer service was exceptional and made us feel very comfortable with our decision.

I should be able to give ZERO STARS!!!!Well this facility keeps suspending my code on the first of every month the first day the rent is due. (Now I will post the Columbia Self Storage contract for everyone to see ) According to line 21 in their contract access may be suspended after the fifth day of the month, when I brought this to Mr. Richard Myers attention he responded, "that they can do anything they want whenever they want". I always pay my storage rent before the five day period is up. I see now that my business nor my money are welcomed at Columbia self storage in Clifton, NJ.

Sarah was so incredibly helpful in finding us a unit that meet our needs. She was thorough, and very patient as we toured a variety of units in the building and helped make sure all our paperwork was correct and move in was smooth. Glad we chose Columbia storage and had her provide great customer service!

Raneisha was super informative and friendly, her personality alone made my experience great after having some difficulties at other storage places, she answered any questions I had, and made me laugh a lot. Looking forward to doing business with Columbia.
