“I opened an account march, the first lady I talked tobwas very nice ,I asked bout the loan process ,I was given paper wrk yo have my money come out my check every payday, I go in aptil13th asked bout the loan, and the lady I talked to was different,it was 9am and she was the only one there ,she was very arrogant, I told her I opened an account an she was mean saying I don't see anything etc. . The first lady gave me the sheet with info bout opening an account an the loan process, anyway amonth an some days go by ,I get a call 2day frm the lady that was mean, she said my credit score was 600 which on the other two credit company's my score is ,617,and 631, she says that I don't make enough income frm her calculations? I explained tgat bas long as there's $50 in the account I wdnt have a problem with the loan .now as u see for a emergency loan, wit no credit checks I cd receive a loan of $5 000 gor 10month pay period,then there's a seasonal loans which is a credit check depending on ur score I set up a payroll deduction of $25 every pay period. She tells me I'm no eligible for anything,,she was very forward an aggressive, stating I'm the one who fies the loans,it's up yo my descrition!!?I'm very disappointed, I was treated like a peasant and I felt very disrespected. FRM THE BEGINNING DHE WAS SAYING I WASNT GONNA GET THE LOAN ,BUT SHE SAID SHE WD SEE WHT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR? THEN 3DAY SHE SAYS THE SAME THING ,I HAVE YONSEE WHTBUR ELIGIBLE FIR,!MY QUESTION WHY WDNY SHE HAVE CHECK THAT AMONTH AN AHALF AGO.INTHOUGHT SHE WD DO WHTEVER IS POSSIBLE TO SEE IF I CD RECEIVE A LOAN? SHE DIDNT I ALREADY KNEW FRM LAST MINTHS INCOUNTER THAT I WD NOTBRECEIVE A LOAN, SHE CALLS ME AMINTH LATER TO SAY THIS TO ME.IM Asking is thereba supervisor I can speak to regarding the loan because I feel I was treated wrong, I understand that people have bad days but the lady is very negative, the energy she gives is negative,an arrogant.. please anyone that apply there for a loan ask to speak with a supervisor Nicholas antonicello, or the young lady that was very responsible and nice, pardon me for not remembering your name mamn..The last time I spoke to anyone was april15th. I WAS GIVIN A PHONE CALL 1DAY JUNE6TH SO AS U SEE NOBODY EEACHED OUT TO ME BOUT MY LOAN FOR OVER 2MONTHS AN SOME DAYS. , ASK TGAT A SUPERVISOR REACHS OUT TO ME ASSOON AS POSSIBLE.....IM SORRY FOR THE NICE RESPECTABLE PEOPLE THAT WRKS THERE, I DO UNDERSTAND NOT EVERYONE IS BAD... AND BY THR WAY MY CREDIT SCORE IS 614 NOT 600. WITH EXPERIAN...SMH”

He explained everything clearly and took the extra time to answer any questions I had and made sure I knew everything step by step . I can not express how thankful I am for him making this experience much easier than I thought it would be .”
“It was my first time visiting a credit union. I went for "shared branch" services meaning, I'm not a direct member/customer. It was a slower day. As I entered, I was immediately approached by a super smiling friendly associate because I think she detected that I was new or lost. She asked me how she could help. She directed me to the teller. Since I was performing a "shared branch" transaction, I needed to provide my member card and a driver's license for a deposit and I was done. So why the four stars well, yeah, I understand it's "bank policies" however, I see a very dangerous/strong possibility for possible identity theft. The deposit receipt displays "Photo ID" followed by my driver's license number, expiration date, and last four of my SSN. My full name is printed above as "Base Acct." That all is a MASSIVE opportunity for identity theft if that receipt falls out of a person's hands/pocket or is thrown away in a local trash container. Management should really get that addressed! I wanted to give fewer stars due to this MASSIVE possible ID theft issue however, the staff seem nice however, someone needs to step up and remove key pieces of information from the receipt. "We're just following policy" is not a good enough excuse risking others' ID details. I can't believe that such an oversight exists. Will I stop visiting, no however, I'm going to protect those receipts until I photograph it then discard it into my crisscross home shredder. I was just testing the "Shared Branch" deposit experience. I hope someone addresses this issue ASAP! Overall, all the representatives seem extra friendly and seem ready to make a great impression. I did go to a second different named "shared branch" and I preferred Vision because I didn't have to fill out a deposit slip with so much information. All the information is on the driver's license and membership card that one hands over. Would I go back and recommend for "shared branch" services, yes. Not filling out a deposit slip and risking a second document with sensitive data allowed me to give it four stars. If Visions can get the sensitive ID information removed from the receipt, I could give it five stars. PROTECT YOUR RECEIPT!!!”

I just recently became a widow and my head has not been on the right place. I walked into the EP branch seeking assistance with my bank app and Mrs. Ramirez went our of her way to help me with all the patient of the world. I truly wish there were more associates like her.
